Stay in a private cabin on a working ranch, surrounded by wide-open skies, mountain views, and the quiet rhythms of rural Colorado. Wildlife, including birds, horses, and cattle, is part of the landscape, offering an authentic ranch experience just outside town. Evenings are for stargazing and s'mores around the outdoor horno (traditional fire pit), while mornings begin with coffee on the deck. You're just 10 minutes from downtown Alamosa and 30 minutes from the Sand Dunes—peaceful and private.

Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
