Washington Square is a treasure and one of the city’s most beloved parks surrounded by the finest examples of 19th-century architecture in the region. Fully equipped. Friends and family gatherings are welcome, not big parties. Security cameras outside property. You will not be disappointed. No smoking or vaping allowed $150 fine. If any animal is detected, you will be asked to leave without reservation fee refund. Enjoy this beautiful and safe area home!

This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).
