This log cabin is better than the pictures and description. Richard was so accommodating and actually met us to show us around. Large screen TVs for relaxing and watching movies, surroundsound everything you could ask for. The outside area is lovely, with four swings, a screened in barbecue area right on the water. There is a place to keep a boat and covered parking for you vehicle. We brought our dogs and there was plenty of walking in the quiet little neighborhood. Not far is a lovely beach that is pet friendly. The cabin is well maintained and you can tell lots of love went into building it. I highly recommend this lovely cabin for families, a girls getaway or just escape by yourself. We will return in the future. I gave it 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option.

I love this house it’s everything and more

If I could give this home a million stars I would! This was by far our favorite air b&b we have ever stayed in. It was in pristine condition everything was spotless and stocked with everything I needed to cook, entertain, even go fishing if we chose. The extra snacks and meals, the box in the bathroom for forgotten items, first aid kit, warming blanket, laundry soap - the only thing was I guess the cleaning supplies were locked away? The dinosaur room really sold us our 2 year old absolutely loved it. I do wish there was more for him to do maybe a small play area in the fence in backyard but it was no big deal. He was entertained enough with the older boys. The grill and outside patio was perfect for entertainment and grilling. We enjoyed steak and playing card games by the fire. The older boys enjoyed the boat. Nice touch having solar panel to charge it. VERY clear instructions on operating it. We stayed to spend time with extended family and most definitely will be back.

We have a place in the same neighborhood but it's just not big enough for all the people we invited for the weekend. It was in the perfect location for us! We did have a small issue checking in because the cleaning staff had changed the code on th lock box but Tonia responded quickly and we were in in no time! Will definitely rent this place again.

What truly set this experience apart was our incredible host. From the initial booking process to our final goodbyes, they were nothing short of amazing. They worked around our schedule with such kindness and flexibility, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Their warm hospitality made us feel like we were visiting a friend rather than staying in a rental. My family and our lovedddddd Caroline’s place! The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house was super clean and welcoming. The outside area was a 10 and my family and I definitely enjoyed being able to fish, hang outside and cook while watching tv or playing games. I rate this home a 10 and will definitely be booking again!

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This property is listed as a Perfect family getaway and that’s exactly what it is! Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and we had such a great time. The House(s) were spacious and accommodated us comfortably. The property is absolutely beautiful with plenty of amenities and things to do. The outdoor scenery is amazing. It’s truly a peaceful place.

Our hosts couldn’t do enough to make our stay more welcoming. Their description is everything they described and more. However, we wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has problems climbing stairs to access the house. We highly recommend it for those who are looking for a very peaceful and secured setting. We would book it again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I needed the quiet and the porch was private and a perfect place to unwind / the backyard is beautiful! The kitchen is outfitted like my own and I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom with my book in the morning. I will be back with some of my family and we will use that pool table! Lastly, the bed was very, very comfortable.

Monica communicated extremely well during the booking process. When we needed to add on an extra night, she was able to take care of us. We look forward to another visit soon.

This was a really cozy spot for my family to celebrate Christmas. Plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living/dining room. It’s a big place and the outdoor space is spacious as well. The sunsets are beautiful. We will consider coming back for sure.

This place was so peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space and views are lovely. Daphne has the perfect set up here to relax and enjoy time with friends and family and all Gods beauty.

This is the perfect idyllic escape from city life. The property is beautiful, the house is charming, and the back porch is dreamy. Our highlights were grilling ribeyes by the fireside and watching Duck Duck putter about from the front porch. We would highly recommend this stay!

We had an amazing stay would visit again the kitchen and grill was perfect for cooking family meals while enjoying our stay.The beach wasn't too far and our host was exceptionally attentive and responsive, making us feel welcome. The pac man arcade was nostalgic,this place truly offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation.Would highly recommend!

I just love coming to this quiet and peaceful place. It’s not too far from the coast and flint creek. It’s affordable and did I mention peaceful. I have officially made this my yearly trip. Year two in the books and can’t wait to go back next year!!

The house was perfect. We were in town for a baseball tournament and after games the kids had plenty to do outdoors and at the lake.

The direction provided were spot on! Small affordable place in a perfect location! Everything was clean and well stocked!

Everything was perfect and peaceful right on the lake. It was nice to have the kayak to take out. We utilized the big yard for games. I was able to allow my puppy to roam around and not be worried about him running out into a main road. We were able to sip coffee and enjoy talks on the screened in balcony and not worry about bugs which was great! It was perfect!
