This ground-level University Club Condo offers ALL of the amenities of home within walking distance (<10 min.) to everything Mississippi State has to offer: king bed, full size pull-out sofa, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and private bath to name a few. Includes two (2) parking spots and security for home games. Approximately 0.5 mi. to campus on foot (but about 50-100 steps to Buffalo Wild Wings or Chick-fil-A)!

This large, historic home is a 15 minute walk to campus and even closer to restaurants and shops on Main St. Charming decor, comfortable furnishings, and a family friendly layout make this perfect for Game Day and other visits to State. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and well stocked with guest comfort in mind. The front porch swing, deck seating and fire pit give options for your crew to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.

LOCATION IS AWESOME within a 15-minute walk! Shuttle service is available with stops at the complex entrance to campus events. The space includes 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths. One bedroom with a Queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The comfy couch in den area. Washer and Dryer on site. Note: UPSTAIRS UNIT.

Larger vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we provide one on the premises. All other parking is around the corner.

Lovely, freshly-updated, upstairs unit just steps from MSU Campus. The Hump, Dudy Noble and Davis Wade stadium are all about a 15 minute walk. The Cotton District is approximately 1.5 miles. You have 2 designated parking spaces in front of the building marked 124. Please note this is an upstairs unit accessed by a single flight of stairs.
