Inside our home, you'll have scenic views of the city and east bay and you can relax in a peaceful and quiet environment. Our sun-filled condo has modern finishes, 2 bedrooms with attached baths, and a dedicated workspace. It's perfect for a family/group of 4.

The private Suite is on a prominent site in Dolores Heights overlooking the popular Dolores Park and Mission Districts. Originally built in 1884 the Suite occupies the ground floor of the historic Victorian main house and features a garden outlook with a private front entrance. Dolores Heights is located high on a centrally located hill nestled between the Mission District, Noe Valley and the Castro and within walking distance of fine dining, shops, clubs, Dolores Park and ground transportation.

At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Dolores Heights Garden Unit

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Easy access to Muni, tech shuttles, BART, Whole Foods, along with many restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries!

Beautiful, contemporary sunny flat right in the heart of the vibrant Mission District and Valencia corridor. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the city. The Castro and Dolores Park are just steps away. Birite, Tartine bakery and beautiful Mission Pool are within a one block walk. My house is located along all major 'Tech bus' routes. Enjoy easy access to BART and MUNI public transportation, only two BART stations from downtown San Francisco.

Charming Cottage near Dolores Park

Tugged away from the street the cottage (built in 1870) will welcome you with yasmin and lemons and roses. It is not your usual Victorian but has an open floor plan with windows on all sides. You step into a light living room with kitchen and dining area. Bedroom, study and bathroom are all on the same level. To get to the roof deck you walk up a few more steps to a loft area and from there step out to the deck with stunning views of the city.

Mission Dolores Oasis

An introverts oasis! Newly remodeled and located in a 4-unit building on a quiet cul-de-sac. Fully stocked kitchen, zen-like bedroom and bathroom with soaking tub, and peaceful, sunlit living room. Centrally located with easy access to public transportation to get anywhere in the city (and beyond). Walk to the Castro, Hayes Valley, Mission, and Noe Valley. My home is a retreat from the city in The City.
