Very accommodating - listed for three nights we asked for two nights and Robert and Arlina made it happen.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

My friends and I booked Chrystine's place for a girls weekend and we all agree we want to visit SYV and stay with Chrystine again. She was the perfect host! The location was lovely on a quiet cul de sac, but also walkable to the main street in town. The property was perfect for us, with comfortable bedrooms, a great living room for hanging out, and a top notch coffee station (which is always VERY important). Don't hesitate to book with Chrystine, you'll love the place!

Location, location, location! Walking distance to everything Solvang including a mini mart and Olsen's Bakery for morning coffee and delicious pastries! Sarah and Marko were extremely responsive when we had a clogged drain and got it fixed while we were out. Very happy with our stay - with grandparents and kids!

Heidi’s home provided a wonderful vacation home base for my family’s vacation. Heidi and Susie were very friendly and responsive from booking through check-out. Everything in the home was as described. Worth paying extra to have the pool heated and when any glitches came up, they responded quickly and effectively. Great location and very comfortable, well stocked house! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. My entire family agreed we would definitely return to this rental for our annual Santa Barbara trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Dave is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. I had a couple of small things come up during my stay, but Dave took care of them right away (even on a Saturday evening!). There was some noise from the street and the equipment on the building but nothing that a pair of basic ear plugs couldn’t handle. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

My wife, 2 little ones (2 & 5yo), and I enjoyed this small bungalow style apartment very much. What really stood out to me and greatly appreciated was the updated overall look and feel of the place. The fact that the entrance is kind of hidden, tucked away, and gated off adds to the charm this place has. Everything looked fairly new/updated and looked/felt clean. The 2 biggest deciding selling points for me were: 1] PROXIMITY to the Zoo and 5min (10-15min with 2yo) walking distance to the beach and 2] it HAD A KITCHEN to cook a quick breakfast to start the day easy. The only downside for me (which won’t stop me from booking again) was that it’s near a very busy road/high traffic area and near the 101 freeway. You will get traffic noise at times, but it wasn’t enough to keep us awake at night. I will definitely book this place again when we stay in SB next time.

Such a great place. Amazing location, exactly how described, super clean and very comfortable. Maureen's communication was clear, friendly and helpful. Loved the welcome note and the rosé and alllll the extras that Maureen provided ---anything you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen plus dog treats and lollypops! Amazing location--great coffee places and restaurants to walk to plus the Mission. Super quiet and a totally cute complex. And a 12 minute drive to see our son at UCSB. PERFECT! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We were in Santa Barbara to attend a wedding. decided it would be fun to take the train down. 3 Dux was a 10-minute walk from the station and a 10-minute walk from the wedding venue at one of the museums off of State Street. ideal location for our situation with the beach, ‘the funk zone’, State Street with oodles of great restaurants and shopping, wonderful museums all within easy walking distance. Baby Dux was cozy and clean and had basically all we needed for a terrific stay. Confident to say we will be back! Thanks again, Debbie!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This was my best Airbnb experience ever. Listing was spot on. Living space is like out of a magazine. Ideal walking location, and gorgeous safe neighborhood. Not a tourist location. Made our vacation.

Amanda’s place was exactly what we were looking for— calm, close to the beach, walkable, and comfortable. We stayed there with our son (8 months), and Amanda provided us a crib, seat, and bathtub which made our stay that much easier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place next to the beach with their partner or small family.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
