We absolutely loved our stay at Mindy's! The place was clean, comfy and had great views of the bay and downtown. Mindy was great checking in on us with updates and what we needed to check in and check out. We also loved the list of recommended places in the guestbook! Beds were comfy, and the crew loved the rooftop area, we had breakfast out on the roof. We are already planning our next trip back!

Fresh and clean, quick response time and self check in really saved us when we lost power during the ice storm and needed to get our baby and dog someplace warm last minute. When we needed to extend to a second night the room was already booked but Karla messaged all the other rent unit owners for us to see if anything was available. So kind!

Perfect place for a short weekend to TC. The location is perfect! Centrally located to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Definitely will be staying again.

Maggie’s place was great! Plenty of space for 10 of us to sleep and hang out and play board games in the evening. Very walkable to several different restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Lee’s place is awesome location if you’re looking to stay in northern Michigan. Lots to do within walking distance to Traverse City but also very centrally located to other towns and things you’ll want to do/see in the area. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in TC! Convince of everything downtown Traverse City but without the downtown traffic. Place was exactly as pictured but actually bigger than expected which was great! Highly recommend Michael’s place and look forward to returning.

Stayed for work and felt right at home. You can't go wrong booking this place. Easy to find, free one spot parking, tons of restaurants nearby you can walk to, the water is only a block or so away!! The place was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus and were pretty new. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again on my next work trip

This is a beautifully designed condo with lots of spaces for a group to be together (large table, kitchen island stools, and sitting area). We loved the location of the condo because we could walk to restaurants, shops and family who were also staying in the Village. Accessing the unit is a bit complicated but the directions given are well done and easily followed, but you need to have those directions available to you for your first time into the unit - after that first time, you will be fine. Also it is important to note that even with the elevator, everyone staying in the unit will have to negotiate a single flight of stairs with suitcase, either up a traditional staircase or the metal spiral staircase. We would highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed this place. The condo was extremely well maintained and clean. The unit matched the description completely. As mentioned in the listing, the condo is on a busy road and there is road noise. But honestly it wasn't a problem for us. The owner does include a sound machine which helps eliminate any road noise at night. We would definitely stay here again sometime.

Perfect location. Close to downtown and parks/beaches (for the kids). The condo was very clean and was had a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend it.

The place was very easy to find and centrally located. It was the perfect jumping point to explore the Leelanaw wine area and then swing downtown Traverse for dinner. The size of the space was perfect for a one bedroom.

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again. Thanks so much!!
