There is a dedicated work area/desk, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and untensils. THERE IS NO COOKTOP OR COOKING ALLOWED IN THE SUITE. Parking is provided.

It is a garage converted into a studio apartment. No smoking allowed.
