La casa, è una dimora accogliente nel cuore del centro storico di Ravello. A 100mt da Piazza Duomo da cui si diramano le maggiori attività culturali, commerciali ecc. Offre, uno scorcio vista mare unico. Si trova in Zona a Traffico Limitato, pertanto per chi arriva in auto, è disponibile comodo servizio a pagamento, ore 8.00 alle 24.00. Per chi arriva in taxi, si CONSIGLIA di prenotare un taxi locale di Ravello, per accedere più comodamente con i bagagli alla ZTL.

The little house "LuLù" is located in the historic center of Minori, in a building overlooking the archaeological site of Villa Marittima Romana, dating back to the 1st century AD. The apartment is located on the second floor, (third floor in the United States), of an ancient building, 150 meters from the sea. We would have the possibility of preparing a single bed; the extra bed costs €40 in cash per night, in case the two guests prefer to sleep in separate beds.

The prevailing color of this apartment is green. The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.

Cosy apartment 30 meters from the beach. The place is quite, with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and extra toilet with small laundry room. From the lateral window you have a view of the coast. The flat is on the raised ground floor, easy to access, with no need for elevators. There is both air conditioning and central heating system. Main shopping street, tourist info-point and bus stops are all within a few hundreds meters.
