The property and cottage are amazing. Absolutely beautiful, warm, inviting, and filled with so much charecter. Can't recomnd this place enough.

This was our 2nd time staying. We love the stay. Beautiful surroundings, close to hiking areas, and the cabin feels right at home.

What a cozy, comfy spot to enjoy steamy coffee on the beautiful screened in deck porch overlooking lake, fish from the dock or enjoy a bonfire at sunset on a private little beach! Quiet, clean and relaxing- a perfect getaway! We left an item at The Boathouse and Rob had it in the mail the same day! We look forward to a return visit!

Katie and Curt were wonderful hosts to our Minneapolis Spring Break adventure! We loved having a home base at such a convenient, beautiful, central location. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the nearby playground. We enjoyed the neighborhood and walking into Linden Hills for meals and shopping. Katie & Curt were responsive to questions that came up during our stay and were friendly and gracious hosts.

I've stayed here several times. Very peaceful, cozy, and scenic. The cabin has everything a home would need, and Pine City is only 10 or 15 minutes away, so provisions are close if you forget anything. I'll be back again in the fall. Thanks for making this place available Tracy and Dave!

My husband and I had a great visit! The cottage felt like our home away from home for a week. It had beautiful views and quiet surroundings. Benjamin and Emily were great hosts and had many local recommendations to offer. We would stay again!

We loved Kristian and Joe’s place! It was absolutely amazing and the cutest little tiny home, which when checking in Joe informed us it was a converted office/ tiny home. You would never know, because it’s just so comfy and gives a cabin vibe! There’s lots of gear they provided that my partner and I got to use, specifically the canoe at sunset! Absolutely breathtaking and 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Joshua and Kate were great hosts. Very communicative before and during my stay. I was in town for meetings at Mayo Clinic and it was nice to have a home away from home

Absolutely a hidden gem of Minnesota. Bought this weekend get away for my boyfriend and I, and we absolutely adored it. The host was great at communicating, and was very responsive. The place itself is so quiet you could hear a pin drop inside, but is an 8 minute drive from a pier and city. They had everything one could need for a weekend but probably wouldn’t stay for a longer trip. The sauna was great, and super clean, but is a manual sauna to start. (Something to think about). They provided kindling and plenty of wood, and was easy to start with the instructions provided. Overall a 9/10. Definitely Recommend!

Our family of 4 was able to decompress and enjoy eachother's company at the NorthHaus. The hot tub was so lovely under the stars and snow, alongside an outdoor fire. The open concept of the home is bright and airy and communal, our family left feeling both recharged and reconnected. I imagine the field to be beautiful in the Spring into Summer.

Couldn't have found a more peaceful retreat. In an area oversaturated with gaudy resorts and the ilk those attract, it was nice to find this much solitude. Thanks for the pleasant stay. My wife and I would love to come back.

Absolutely pristine. Peaceful. The first night, I saw a coyote run through the woods. The second night, three deer went through. My dog and I had a peaceful, absolutely grounding stay. Good moments of sunbathing in the early spring light. Easy to relax. Highly recommend the walking trail. It’s clearly marked and links right up to superior hiking trail. Felt as though I was walking amongst the deer. It’s pin drop silent, apart from an occasional car on 61, and the beach is a quick walk. I will certainly be coming back. Everything I needed for this weary family therapist.

This place (and host) goes above and beyond all expectations. Amazing view and even better amenities. It served as our “base camp” while we toured the surrounding areas and was conveniently located between great restaurants and grocery stores. EV charging on-site was also a HUGE perk that made for a smooth road trip. Highly recommended, will rebook in the future as well as try the neighboring rental for some variety.

My best friend and I were looking for a quick girls weekend away and this was the perfect place for us! The cabin is exactly as described and looks like the photos. We enjoyed our weekend in the quiet and would definitely book again!

Amazing place if you are looking to unplug and enjoy piece and quiet. Cabin was amazing, property was immaculate, and Sue was amazing and we are grateful to have her host us. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing view of Lake Pepin/Mississippi River. The hosts are wonderful and the home is very comfortable. We had a great time and look forward to the color tour next year.

A truly magical escape! From the moment we stepped into this cabin, it felt like walking into a storybook. Every corner was full of love, thoughtfulness, and hidden treasures. It was like staying in a living museum—so many charming details to take in, quirky pieces to admire, and cozy nooks to explore. There was something new to appreciate each day. Our kids were absolutely enchanted! They spent hours playing with the games, LEGOs, army men, and other little gems tucked around the cabin. Their imaginations ran wild—and so did their energy (thankfully!). The surrounding nature was the perfect playground: long nature walks, climbing trees, watching birds and critters—it was nonstop adventure from sunrise to sunset. And after all that fun? The beds were like clouds. So comfortable, we all slept like logs every night. We are so grateful to have found this slice of magic and can’t wait to return. It’s more than a stay—it’s an experience you’ll carry with you long after you leave.

Loved our stay! The home is beautiful and nicely decorated. The house is close enough to Cuyuna and town, but with the great backyard, it was also nice to spend time at the house. I’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place. We loved the upper deck and screened in porch. We met Anne and she is super friendly and helpful. The unit is small but we expected that. We would book it again!

This was such a cute and comfortable spot! Perfect for my work trips to the cities. Loved my stay here!
