Hungry Hippie Hostel - Glamping Tent #6

Hungry Hippie Hostel now has Camping + Glamping! Our canvas wall tents are waterproof and super cozy! Our version of Glamping includes: the 8'x16' tent, decking (with screened in porch), comfy mattress and breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Also included- a campfire ring + picnic table at each of our glamping sites. Tents are located within 200 feet of our brand new shower house. The shower house is divided into mens & womens spaces. Each space having two showers, three toilets and two sinks.

The Gypsy Wagon @Three Acre Woods

Glamping in a Gypsy wagon in the back corner of our hobby farm! Fire pit, picnic table and a shaded outdoor kitchen area! No refrigerator! One full size bed and an air mattress available for one more. Lots of cute animals to visit and a playground for the kids! There is an RV toilet outhouse and hot and cold shower. I have added a solar generator and Arctic Ice cooler for these hot nights! This can be a group camping site. Holds 4-5 tents. Please add extra people to your registration.

This space is perfect for campers that want the comfort of a cozy bed, warm shower & air conditioning but are comfortable using an outhouse, as the camper is not hooked up to septic. I include two kayaks, a canoe & a paddle boat to explore the lake! This 5 acre piece of heaven on Shell lake is conveniently located between Detroit Lakes & Park Rapids.

Art Camp

Welcome to Art Camp. Art camp is a Bell Tent hosted by ceramic artist Ani Kasten at her homestead and ceramics studio. Offering a unique, comfortable and inspiring respite, surrounded by nature and art, Art Camp was created to meld enjoyment of the outdoors with art and creativity. Fun fact – this property was the original location for Franconia Sculpture Park, which is now located just a mile to the west on Hwy 8. You’ll still spot remaining sculptures and equipment from that time.

Our house is located here as well but you will have your own area and dedicated parking. Most times we won’t be here but if we are you won’t hear or notice us.

Yurt-Style Tent at Stone Creek Farm

1 of 4 campsites on the farm, this yurt-style tent has all you need to enjoy camping without the work! The campsite includes a picnic table, BBQ grill and fire pit. There is a self composting toilet on site. Camp carts available to bring gear out. Drinking water is available from the hose out by the high tunnel. It is about a quarter mile walk to the site. The Landing 4

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. Located on the edge of the Beltrami Forest with 70+ miles of ATV trails and only 10 miles from beautiful Lake of the Woods. BBQ in the outdoor kitchen or dine at The Hawk Tavern located on the property. The Landing has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin size upper bunks and a couch below. After a day on the lake or riding the trails relax by the bonfire.
