Our stay at Greenacres was wonderful, the house is immaculate and a very relaxing environment for us all! The amenities for kids were great and the garden was very safe to run around in! The bedrooms themselves were all lovely and had everything we needed. Our bed was so comfy!! The only negative on the rooms was that we went for a week and had a lot of luggage across the family and there wasn’t tonnes of space to store it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the view of the sea from the deck, which was also a great space to sit in the evening for dinner. If you have a car there loads to do in nearbg towns and villages. If you don’t then you can walk down to the bay which was beautiful.

We had an amazing stay, the house has everything you could ever need, the location is great and the beach is amazing! Lisa is a great host, communication was excellent. We could not fault anything and we will definitely be back!

Southend, was ideally situated for a quick walk to two lovely beaches. The hotub was perfect in the evenings to relax and chill in after a fun day on the beach. ping pong table and games room for the kids was also perfect! highly recommend this place. thanks

What an amazing place. It was perfect for our group. So many things to do, incredibly friendly hosts, who even came round to give us a tour of the place when we checked in. Couldn’t recommend it more. 5* isn’t enough

Excellent location. Super big house for our family celebration

This was our second visit to Tygwella and it was as enjoyable as our first. The house has an elevated position next to the coastal path which makes it ideal for walks in either direction and the views are stunning. The house is well equipped and had everything that we needed and is nicely furnished, and also spotlessly clean. David, the host was really helpful with arrangements before our visit and always responded very quickly. Many thanks.

What a fabulous place! Absolutely stunning - we had the best time staying in this house. Near to shops, easy (and cheap) taxi ride to the restaurants and bars and… very very comfy beds! Loved it and would recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Newquay

Fantastic location and stunning house. Perfect for a small group with lots to do in the house and the surrounding areas. Matthew and Dena have clearly put a lot of time and love into the house; which clearly shows. The house was fantastic and had loads to do in a variety of rooms. They were also very responsive and everything was of ease from the check in but also further instructions/guides once we were on. I will certainly be booking to stay there in the future.

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. Beautiful location. The outside area and views are stunning. Everything you need for relaxing summer nights. Inside the house is comfortable. Dining table was large and great for family meals and games. The shared bathroom upstairs did not have a shower, this wasn't too much of an issue but would be a useful addition. The downstairs bathroom was great for disabled or those with mobility issues, however, the downstairs bedroom would not be suitable for everyone with mobility issues, the bed it very high and the trundle is very low. My older parents couldn't manage either bed. luckily they can still get up and down the stairs so were able to use one of the upstairs rooms. Also, when the trundle is in use, there is very little room to move around. Downderry itself is lovely with great restaurants and pub. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Yardley House for it's location and amenities. Mark was a great host and responded to all queries. Great holiday. Thank you!

Excellent house to stay with plenty of room for a large families. Very spacious living and dining area with good size kitchen all open plan, my parking was right outside the propety and there is also a picnic table to the rear of the property if you wish to sit out. It was all very clean and well maintained and the site it's self is very good accommodating for families with a great pub which does fantastic evening meals only open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 Jane's house is well worth a visit and is only a 10 minute drive from Newquay. We enjoyed our week and I've notified Jane that we will be definitely booking again. ENJOY

We booked Blanches House and cottage as we were a group of 14, consisting of 4 families celebrating a 60th Birthday. It was absolutely perfect, just like the photos but there seemed to be so much more. Logs for the fire, lots of games and puzzles, books etc. double sized fridge plus a freezer, lots of pots and pans, cutlery etc. The gardens were stunning, beautifully kept and landscaped in a way that meant that every turn was a surprise, a great playground for young adventurers with rope swings, trampoline, slide and ladder. We all just about fitted around the dining table and managed to do the same around the outside table the following lunch as the weather was glorious. I would say the pictures are accurate, think loved and lived in family home and not clean lined professional rental and you wont be the least bit disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

Matt and Chloe were really great hosts. Really warm welcome, there was a hamper waiting for us with some essentials and treats, after a long drive that was very appreciated. Communication was great, always quick to respond. Had some minor issues, as all trips do, but Matt was on hand to try and resolve them right away. Just a note for people booking that the washer/dryer are communal and outside the cottage. Great location to travel around Cornwall

A beautiful cottage in very peaceful surroundings, lots of character and spotlessly clean. A warm indoor pool which my Grandchildren loved. A well stocked lake which my partner took full advantage of and children’s swings and a trampoline. The cottage was like a home from home with thoughtful provisions. The cottage was spotless furnished with transitional furniture and a lovely safe garden with stunning views. Sophia was an excellent host, giving recommendations and answering queries promptly. We will certainly be returning to this little piece of paradise.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Hewas Water House. The house was beautiful and catered for all of our needs for a group of 10 for a family members 70th birthday. The games room provided so much entertainment for all (from 2 to 70 years old) and the hot tub a much needed retreat by the time the kids went to sleep. Communication was great with anything we needed to get in touch for. Would definitely recommend

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

What we were hoping for - a house big enough for 12 of us for a couple of nights away to celebrate mum's 70th, to get together to catch up, share food and drink, reminisce and spend some quality time together. What we got - all of that and more! We had an actual miniature holiday! The house was incredible, literally had anything you could need, the kitchen was so well equipped you could home bake a cake if you wanted! The facilities on site were amazing for the children (and grown-ups!) - pool, basketball, table tennis, boules, park, tennis, arcade machine. We absolutely loved meeting and feeding the animals too and the children could roam as free as the friendly chickens! Laura and Richard were wonderful hosts - they gave us space to enjoy their beautiful converted farm buildings but were there if we needed anything. And the little honesty shop was a great idea! Close enough to explore nearby coastal towns. We had everything we needed and more, we were blown away. Will return!
