Roland's Loft

This second-floor studio features modern amenities and historical touches befitting the unique spirit of Roland Sardeson, the beloved Mineral Point stonemason and potter who bequeathed his building to Shake Rag Alley Center for the Arts in 2016. The recently renovated loft features a queen-sized bed, bathroom with shower, writing desk, kitchenette, and lovely views of downtown. When you're ready to explore, the creative community and bucolic nature of Mineral Point await right outside your door.

Chestnut Cottage

Built in 1890, Chestnut Cottage is located in the heart of the historic district within easy walking distance of shops, galleries, restaurants and historic sites. The Cottage features a comfortable living room, bright dining room, country kitchen, first floor bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms with one queen bed and one twin bed. Chestnut Cottage features artwork by prominent local artists. Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD/CD players are included. Complimentary coffee/tea service. Minimum two night stay.

Welcome, with this unique key-less entry, you have privacy. Walk into the fully loaded kitchen and living room. The living room has a desk to work at or watch TV. The bathroom has a walk in shower; use the fan or heat lamp. The Bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, night stand with lamp. Along with a spacious closet, it includes a washer and dryer. Feel free to do your laundry and hang your items up. Working, relaxing, and living. Our space have all the essentials you need for your stay.
