About this space: Lakefront home with dedicated community dock slip (Guaranteed Memorial Day to Labor Day) + private hot tub + private fire pit. This home is lakefront, but takes a decent walk to get up & down - there are stairs for most of the walk, but turns into a path towards the bottom. Take a stroll through nature, its a beautiful walk & is good exercise :) You can also access the community docks via the main road, which is much more flat, but a slightly further walk. Parking is available near the docks. Other things to note: A stay at this recently updated retreat will put you at ease whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation. Offering log home living at its best, it is a place where you can come together to make lasting memories at the lake. Exposed beams, cathedral ceilings, and lots of natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the great room. While you watch your favorite show on TV, you can bask in the warmth of a crackling fire. A massive wall of windows brings the outdoors inside and reveals stunning scenery throughout each season. Well-suited for the gourmet in your group, you can prepare homestyle meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Share laughs around the family dining table with seating for ten. Sliding doors open to the deck, so hosting afternoon cookouts is a breeze. The main level primary suite has the perfect mountain vibe with a gas fireplace to keep you cozy and a jetted tub to help you unwind. It is furnished with a king bed and a TV. For hours of fun, the lower level family room includes a pool table, shuffleboard, and a wet bar. Three wall-mounted TVs are perfect for watching multiple teams. Decorated with a good night's sleep in mind, the lower level primary suite is outfitted with a queen bed. Access to the patio gives you the opportunity to slip outside for a little stargazing before bedtime. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a TV on this level. Enjoying the outdoors doesn't get much easier! The wrap-around deck is ideal for soaking up some sunshine or napping in the shade. There is also a covered porch in the back, so you can sit outside no matter what the weather. Community access to the lake is nearby. The path that leads to the dock is sloping. Bring your boat or rent one locally to take full advantage of your assigned boat slip. You can spend sunny summer days cruising the lake with stops to swim and fish along the way. When you return, kick-back by a crackling fire in the fire pit while the kids toast marshmallows and share spooky stories. Any time of year, the outdoor hot tub is ready and waiting to soothe tired muscles and melt away your stress. A ten to fifteen-minute drive will lead you to restaurants, shops, mini golf, marinas, and more. Deep Creek Lake State Park is close by, offering lots of options to keep everyone entertained. There's a sandy beach for swimming, kayak and canoe rentals, hiking trails, picnic areas and playgrounds. Plus, you can fish from the shoreline. The Mustard Seed is a charming little cabin nestled in the quiet subdivision of Sunview Heights Exposed beams and cathedral ceilings add to the rustic charm. The home's well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals. The two bedrooms on the main level each have queen beds. There is also a full bathroom for guests. Upstairs, you will find the loft bedroom that is outfitted with a queen bed and sitting area. A bathroom and even a twin roll away bed if extra bed space is needed.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from the amazing GAP trail and historic downtown Cumberland. Outdoor space is plentiful with a covered porch, ceiling fan and a back patio for sitting in the sun. The yard is very spacious as well. Bicyclists are very welcome in our home and will find covered, secure bike storage & cleaning area under the back porch.
