This property is absolutely beautiful! The house has plenty of space, the yard was just amazing, and there’s also space to have a fire, grill and eat outside. We have a large family, and it can be challenging to find a home that meets all of our needs with the big range in our kiddos. This one met them all! The host was also incredibly responsive and kind, and very proactive to take care of things. I would stay here again for sure!

Francine's place in downtown Milwaukee was a great space to stay at for my group! I brought a large group of 11 folks staying in Milwaukee and found Francine's duplex spacious, clean, fun, and an all-around great deal. The large space and two floors allowed for privacy and cozy communal spaces. The kitchen, bathroom, and linens/beds, were clean and comfortable/ well stocked with amenities. The upstairs balcony and outside patio were spaces my group really enjoyed, and it was nice to have such a cozy place in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance! Francine was friendly to communicate with, and was quick to reply! Finding and entering the space was easy, and the garage was great! All around a great spot and would recommend for larger groups looking for a good deal on a cozy space in Milwaukee! Thank you for hosting us Francine!

Six (6) of us friends from Orange County, CA flew to Wisconsin to take part in the 22-Mile “Walk to Mary” event at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion on May 3, 2025. After the event was over, we planned for a one-night stay in Milwaukee and came across a gem of a property (whose description was exactly as it appeared in the listing). Kyle’s property – called The Schlitz Castle - is undoubtedly THE best property that all of us have ever rented. It's close in proximity to nearby grocery stores and eateries and is nestled in a safe, cozy, and quiet neighborhood. The house was fully stocked – frozen foods, various pantry items, a boatload of drinks, spirits, toiletries, hair dryers, curling irons, first aid supplies, vintage record albums, etc. Kyle was also very responsive to my messages and was a most gracious host. Parking was a non-issue and access via numbered keypad simplified our entry into the home. Thank you, Kyle, for a great and comfortable stay!

This was a fantastic place to host a bachelorette party weekend for my sister and our friends/family!! All activities we wanted to do were close enough to get to by walking (we are antique and vintage hounds) or taking a short drive (downtown was fun for food and drinks). It was so fun to hear the “oohs” and “ahhs” as we all walked in for the first time, and the idea of just staying longer was thrown out many many times. We really loved the mix between modern amenities and vintage charm, and the house was a highlight of the stay. Adam was super responsive and had all of the information readily available to us via reminders in the home as well as through airbnb. If you have the opportunity, stay here!

Lynzi was great to work with! Excellent communication and very responsive. The house was as described and clean. I wouldn’t personally consider the basement a sleeping area but all other bedrooms were nice. Quiet neighborhood. We felt safe. Quick walk to great local bar with good food and a huge selection of tap beers. It was a quick stay for us - but nice. Thanks Lynzi!

Paul was flexible and super easy to communicate with. Check in and out are simple. Neighborhood was a quiet cul-de-sac and close to downtown. So convenient. We were a party of 9 and had plenty of room to gather and lounge. LOVED the saltwater hot tub. So relaxing at the start and end of our days 😊

Hubbell’s place was great for our large group. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. Hubbell was responsive and incredibly accommodating as a host.
