My stay here was amazing. Everything was exactually as described. From a fully equipped kitchen, to the close proximity to the train station. My children loved the video games and the board games. I found the guidebook in the home to be especially helpful. The on-Street parking was close to the home and was free. The house rules and checking out instructions were both clear and reasonable. Simon had excellent communication, and proactively sent several messages both before the rental and while we were there to ensure everything went smoothly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Loved this airbnb especially because of the location! Walkable to absolutely everything. Nice quiet neighbourhood for sleeping, but yet extremely close to all the action! We made ourselves at home instantly. Very cozy, lovely decor, well appointed and they have ample parking at the back of the house which is a bonus. The balcony off the kitchen is awesome if you're lucky enough to be there in the warmer weather. The hosts were very kind and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this airbnb on all levels!

We spent a wonderful time in this amazing apartment! The view is breathtaking!!! the apartment has absolutely everything for a great stay Julie is very nice and hospitable! We had a late flight and we were allowed to have a late check-out. Thanks a lot, Julie! We will return!!

We had a fantastic night at this lovely spot by the river in Fergus! The place was super clean, cozy, and had a piano and guitar that added such a fun vibe. Erin was incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a great stay!

This place is a great little getaway that's perfectly situated next to the beach! Clean, updated and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful! We'll definately stay again if in the area!

Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. As others have mentioned, location is excellent. One bedroom has an ensuite and the other bedroom is on a corner with windows on two walls overlooking the street. Both rooms are very nice and similar size. The kitchen had everything we needed. Kevin was a great host. Good communication and clear instructions made check in and out easy. It felt like home away from home.

they were wonderful in accommodating our last minute request and this is truly a little treasure on Lake Ontario. The lake is visible with an unobstructed view where we could have let days go by with the peace and tranquility that the home offered. We didn't take advantage of the outside firepit because it was winter (or at least winter-ish), but the fireplace inside made for cozy nights. There was plenty to do with the streaming services provided and a great place to call home for the few days that we were allowed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Must say it looks just like pictures very comfy love the book of recommendations. Very nice neighborhood everyone was friendly. Took us 15 mins from Niagara Falls and Clifton hills area also not to far from town grocery store and malls. Definitely good place to spent time with family or friends .

Absolutely loved our stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Airbnb had 3 beautiful bedrooms with super comfy beds—perfect for our group of three. The location was stunning, right across from Lake Ontario and set on a peaceful vineyard 🍇🌊. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meals easy, and we were only a 10-minute drive from the Benchland wineries 🍷. We started the Spring wine trail at Cave Springs and had the best time. Rachel and Mike were amazing hosts—so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay ❤️. We had the entire place to ourselves, and the back room with a view of the lake was the perfect spot to relax and chat 🛋️☀️. Highly recommend this gem—we’ll definitely be back!

Overall, the home is cozy and comfortable. The home has a nice dining room table to enjoy meals together. It is located in a vintage neighborhood, so originality is a key component of the home, so squeaky stairs and floors are to be expected. The hosts have updated and redone their home nicely maintaining much of the original structure. There is a nice sunroom to enjoy tea or coffee. Take note that there is no washer/dryer in the home and one bathroom with plenty of hot water. 😄 It is walkable to the Rainbow Bridge to Canada and Niagara Falls. One can just drive to Niagara Park, pay $15 to park for the day, and walk to both sides of the falls. Pedestrian crossing to Canada was much quicker than driving your car. Brandi was very responsive host to all my questions and provided ample information for our stay. Pleasant stay!!

We had the most wonderful time. The host is brilliant, the house is perfect, it was so comfortable, so spacious and we’re already planning another trip back! Five stars across the board

We were very pleased with our stay here. Everything was exactly as described and you could smell how clean it was as soon as you entered! Lots of space for the 5 of us to visit, eat, and lounge around. It was beautiful weather so we were able to enjoy backyard and hot tub. Perfect place for a Girls getaway. I did notice a couple things from other reviews 1) Neighbourhood - sure it’s not fancy but I felt safe and used the same amount of caution as I would anywhere. 2) People who complained about notes - Why?? We appreciated them - clear instructions and certainly nothing unreasonable. Far was extremely helpful and responsive. I messed up our reservation and he fixed it for me - no problem at all. This is our 3rd Airbnb in NF - and it will be our go to!!! Thanks again Far! 😊

Very nice apartment and we felt very welcomed - the walk by the water and the area was beautiful. So nice and friendly and would love to stay again next time we stop by. Nice furniture, bedding , comfortable bed , bathroom - everything we needed was available for us to use.

Place was lovely and as described, very big with lots of space. Lots of cool artwork which I enjoyed! Clive was very communicative and responded very quickly. Two small issues: Check in: we couldn’t check in even a couple of minutes early when we arrived because the code was set until 5pm which is very late check in time. After 10pm quiet time: you have to stay very quiet after 10pm and socialise on the upper floors (where the bedrooms are) after 10pm because there is a tenant in the basement who complains about the noise, which was just five people chatting.

Victor was very friendly and respectful, he gave clear instructions before arrival and check-in and provided pictures on where parking was located. He responded very fast. The place was very clean & he had provided everything needed for the stay, would definitely book with him again for future stays. We were very close to main attractions and beautiful restaurants, everything was walking accessible.

Place was a perfect spot for a quick night in Toronto watching the leafs game! It had so many amenities available - great views! Check in is a little complex because of the up and downs to get the keys / parking fob but as soon as you have your bearings of all the elevator locations it’s pretty smooth! Worth it for free parking! Enjoyed the place!

Nice, clean, new apartment where you can watch the planes land at Billy Bishop Airport. Great location in the heart of downtown Toronto's waterfront.

The apartment is amazing. Full of natural light. Had a great view to CN tower. Super market 1 minute walk. Close to the center station… He was so generous to us, he decorated the place for Christmas and made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you for everything

The apartment was lovely... Just perfect for us... We were a couple... It was self contained so we had everything we needed. Very clean... Secure as you need a key or code to enter... Nice location. Our hosts were the best. They were helpful from start to finish. Any questions were quickly answered. We did not meet in person but we felt like we did as we were in constant contact. It's close to downtown Toronto. We had a parking spot assigned to us. This made it so much nicer. We just had to take the elevator to get to "our home away from home". We had access to a pool and hot tub on the floor but did not have the time to see or use it.

This place was everything that I was looking for during my 3-day Toronto stay. It was walking distance to my conference at Exhibition Place, in a very nice doorman building with good amenities, and also had a very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet but not too far away from downtown either, so that's a plus. And the balcony was also a nice bonus. Kyrylo was very responsive to all of my messages and immediately addressed all of my queries, which I really appreciated. He even offered to come over and bring any supplies that I needed. Would recommend to any solo travelers or couple!

Thanks Brandon and Nick for a great stay. Awesome location and close to downtown. We had our three year old daughter with us and felt comfortable the entire time. Host was very responsive and always available to help with any questions and directions. Tips Longos (grocery store) and LCBO are right across the road for groceries and wine Aquarium, Cn tower, rogers center and the gardens are less the 5 minutes walk away Theres a small playground in the backyard of the condo thats great for kids. Lots of families around Super close to waterfront, go for a walk up that whole section to check out the marinas and boats if you are go to the zoo. take go train from union to the bus stop, then cab to the zoo, WAY faster then bus If you are bringing a little one, take a collapsible stroller and you can go everywhere with ease

I stayed here for 4 days with my children and I had a wonderful time. Located right downtown everything you need and in walking distance. Very responsive and friendly host! Definitely will stay here again. Thank you Valerii for a great mini vacation that I will remember forever.
