Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes. The bedrooms have linens and bathrooms stocked with towels and soaps and toilet paper. A beautiful enclosed front porch surrounded with picture windows provides amazing views. A dock and kayaks are provided during the summer months to enjoy the lake.

Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!

Our special place sits upon 5 quiet acres on the majestic Seneca Lake. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.

Penn Yan is less than 5 miles away. Our 1 story home is ideal for a family of 6 or 3 couples. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the screened in porch and watch the abundant wildlife in the backyard. We have excellent Wi-fi but do not have a TV Sorry , no pets allowed
