My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

We live semi-locally (about 45 min away) but needed to be out of our house for a week while work was being done. We had specific needs because of my elderly mother and our dog - first floor bedroom, first floor bathroom with shower, within an hour from our home (so I could go back and forth), and accepting of pets. Bonus points - a desk to work from, and a comfortable home with all the amenities you'd need for a week. That's exactly what we got - which made the week that much less stressful. And how can you be stressed with the views from the upstairs bedrooms, and beautiful Scituate and Cohasset within minutes?! Hosts were helpful and responsive the whole time. Hopefully I won't need to stay again, but would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot in the area.

Krista place is very clean and welcoming. It had perfect personal touches. From coffee creamer for our morning coffee, to shower essentials. I find the small personal touches so nice and it is welcoming. Christa offered east check in and extended my check out time with no questions ask. This was a very nice place for a weekend trip and we will def be booking again!

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, small, clean, and centrally located to the things we wanted to do. It was a short walk to a rocky beach, which we frequented each evening. Cute little porch and backyard. It fit our needs and we were happy with it.

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. A great house with plenty of room for everyone. The house was great and had everything we needed along with some thoughtful things a family may not want to travel with like baby items. The 2 living room areas were great to keep both adults and kids content. The hot tub was a great added bonus. A short drive to downtown area but nice and quiet neighborhood.
