Our own pine forest and Decked bbq and hot tub area. Millpool Lodge has entrance lobby, a lounge, two bedrooms, kitchen, two toilets, shower and outside seating. It has its own front and back entrance and is semi-attached to The Grange where we live. Close to Eden project, Polzeath, Rock, Fowey, Cardinham Woods, Camel Bike Trail, Lanhydrock.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Our cottage is situated on Bodmin Moor in an area of oustanding natural beauty and on the outskirts of the hamlet of Warleggan. It is an ideal location for people who are looking to get away from it all, whilst still being within easy reach of major Cornish towns and sitting roughly equidistant between beautiful Cornish north and south coast beaches. The accommodation is a light and airy space with neutral decor, furnished partly with pieces from our travels in Africa.

The loft

Wake up to wide sea views across the coastline towards the legendary castle island. The Loft is a peaceful, romantic retreat for two with its own private path leading directly down to the South West Coast Path and the beach below. Tucked away above the cliffs yet only a short walk from the village, it’s the perfect place for coastal walks, sunsets over the Atlantic and quiet mornings watching the sea. Many guests tell us the view alone makes them never want to leave.
