Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an extra $20 pet fee. Please message the host for details. No cats allowed.

We have some of the best hiking trails and mountain biking trails in the nation with more being put in each year. We have plenty of fishing holes in immediate area less than 1 hour drive, correct # of guest helps

Cozy Warm Glamp at Wildland Gardens

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

THE MUSTARD HOUSE

The Mustard house offers a quiet spot centrally located in Richfield. You will be able to enjoy easy access to the best local restaurants, event centers as well the scenic mountain trail system. This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

This 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New furniture makes each room comfortable. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. Sleep in the charming restored Cabin, with a queen bed on the main floor and 3 twins in the loft. The Bunkhouse offers 2 queen beds in it's loft, with a gathering area on the main floor. Soak in the bear claw tub in the Bathhouse. Enjoy 3 beautiful lawns, a secluded firepit, treehouse, 2 covered porches, hidden away by beautiful pines.

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet
