Great location just a couple of blocks from Overton Square. Convenient to downtown. Host was very responsive and engaging. Definitely a place in will use in the future if available.

The host was fast to respond to our requests. The location is close to local colleges and the building is full of college kids. We loved it! The young people were respectful and kind. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable! We both got good sleep the entire visit. The unit had everything we needed except a microwave. Later we found a microwave in the rec room. The entire time we were there we just used the oven to warm up leftovers. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. $2.00 dollars to wash and $2.00 dollars to dry. The workout room is simple, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, some dumbbells and a mirror for yoga. You will need to take your own yoga mat. Walking through the neighborhood was beautiful as the dogwoods were blooming. We liked the unit and appreciated the host’s fast responses . We will be back!

We were so appreciative of Jamey’s prompt communication and accommodation. The location is close to all of the main tourist sites in Memphis, and we had such a great trip in the city in large part because we had peace of mind about where we were staying for the extended weekend!

Spotlessly clean, the best towels ever, a little balcony overlooking Redbirds baseball field & street from 4 floors up. Very walkable - walked to riverboats on Mississippi, Beale St, Peabody Hotel duck march. The FCFS parking in the garage is close by - didn't find a space one evening but street parking is free 6 pm - 8 am & I found a spot. A large apt. building to maneuver but Ibn's helpful hints as he showed me the way to the unit stuck in my mind & I had no problem. I'd encounter other tenants occassionally, and they were all kind & polite. There was some sort of Keurig type coffee maker but no pods - I had brought my own French press so no issue. There's a huge working wall clock, an art installation of sorts, that was convenient for always knowing the time. Ample wall sockets for charging devices. Wifi was good. I was a solo traveler & felt very safe. I'll be back one day with my guy, and Ibn's place will be my 1st choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night Memphis visit.

Arrived in town early and allowed us to Check in early. Location was amazing, definitely walking distance to Beale St. parking garage was very convenient with parking limited in the area. Will definitely stay again!

I travel a lot, and this is one of the cleanest and most charming air bnb's I've ever stayed in. I was only there a couple of nights, but it felt like home and I was honestly a bit sad to leave. It's nicely decorated without feeling cluttered. It's updated, while still retaining the original historic character of the home. The kitchen was well stocked, nice toiletries in the bath ... all the basics, plus some thoughtful extras like make-up wipes and premium coffee pods. The bed I slept it was very comfortable. My only issue was that the television only worked part of the time as there was a disconnect with the internet issue, which the owner has agreed to address right away. Would definitely stay again.

My middle daughter and I came to Memphis because we lost my son few months ago. We came to chill and just look at other places and people. I chose Memphis for the culture and my son would have loved it. We were able to see a lot of good stuff and see new things. The entrance was a little different especially since we arrived well after check in. If the security guard wasn’t there we wouldn’t have been able to get in. For some reason the code wouldn’t allow us to use it. The security guard was very helpful and made sure we were in and how to get access to parking. Overall very nice place and city!

This place is great and well located , Alex gave us all the information needed , I highly recommend this place for a stay in Memphis.

Beautiful home I loved everything about it spacious, comfortable, homey. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place near all attractions Memphis has to offer but also on a quiet street. Memphis sunrise is a must go place great breakfast and the best mimosas hands down!!! I can't wait to come back to Memphis I will definitely be staying here again thanks for your generous hospitalityI greatly appreciate it!!!

Wonderful stay in a charming, beautifully decorate space! Incredible location, easy to walk to great restaurants, shops and live theater!

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

Ben’s cottage is a nice and comfy safe place to stay.
