Midtown East, Манхэттен: аренда квартир с услугами

This is my second stay at this amazing Airbnb! It’s a beautiful apartment in a great area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and within an easy walk to transportation into NYC. The apartment was super-clean and Stella your host couldn’t have been more accommodating, and always available if I had a question. I highly recommend Stella’s place!

Very easy to find, host was very responsive and gave clear instructions about everything. Great little spot, convenience store being underneath was also a bonus.

Pablo's place was very comfortable and exactly as described. Pablo himself was very friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot to stay in Brooklyn!

Nicholas’s apartment in a clean, spacious and centrally located in Hoboken He was responsive to my questions and flexible regarding my arrival and departure times. Overall great host!

The house matched the description and was very neat and cozy. Would definitely visit again and recommend others.

Forrest was a great communicator from the beginning to the end. The pictures were accurate. The only thing that I didn’t know was because of the age of the building there was no thermostat in the apartment. There was a space heater provided which I used because of the cold weather during my stay.

Sehr gute Anbindung an den PATH Train (Penn Station Newak) nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Damit war so gut wie jedes Ziel in Manhattan erreichbar. Leider wird die nahegelegene Bahnstrecke auch aktiv genutzt. Ein schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist recht laut. Allerdings sind die geschlossen Fenster sehr effektiv und unterdrücken die Außengeräusche sehr gut. Tamayo war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen sofort helfen können. Generell habe ich nie länger als 10 Minuten auf eine Antwort warten müssen. Davon war ich sehr beeindruckt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

Very thankful to have found Sundays spot — like other reviewers have mentioned, the space is much bigger than what you would expect. Very clean, great decor, and huge tv’s in every room with the world’s comfiest beds. Apprehensive at first when researching because of how Newark can change from block to block depending on the area, but it’s a good location and the neighbors are friendly. Home felt very safe, especially with the gated parking in driveway or garage option; and would not hesitate to come back for another stay!
