Welcome to the Whitsundays, my name is Melanie and I will be your host. Our family home is tucked away in the backdrop of national parks. With the Whitsundays on our door step you are a short day trip to the Islands, Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach. The Whitsundays offers a great diversity of attractions, activities and experiences with the stunning backdrop of the Great Barrier Reef and 74 island wonders. You will find plenty to do when on holidays here from Bush walks to snorkel trips.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home on the main street of North Mackay. Step out the gate to the beautiful Gooseponds walk, which will take you past a skate park, exercise stations, playgrounds and the community pool , Taverns 500m either way from the front door, convenience/takeaway store across the street. It's all there. The home is fully equipped with a cleared clean space for you to enjoy. Relax on the back deck lounge or enjoy dinner outside on the bar style setting.

The Garden Shed

Once a 1950's built carport, now a cosy cabin within a garden. It's unique, it's artistic, it oozes creativity and it was built almost entirely by us. The main room features a comfortable queen bed, a Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and a few other appliances. Through the french doors your find a small outdoor cooking station, sink and a bar. A few metres further into the heart of the garden you have your own cute little pergola with a table for two.

Heaven on Earth is a beautiful top floor one bedroom apartment with stunning views of the ocean, islands and marina from it's generous balconies. This unit is nestled right in the heart of Airlie Beach, a five minute walk to the township where you will find it's restaurants, boutiques and markets. Airlie Beach is also the launch pad for activities around the Whitsunday coast on and off the water as well as around our famous Great Barrier Reef including the magnificent islands.

My place is in an amazing location, not only does it have amazing views of Abel Point Marina and Shingly Beach, they are only 8 mins walk away as well. The walk to town center is also only 10 min. ( This does involve a steep hill). You will find the balcony of the apartment is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day and watch the sunset over the bay. Property is NOT SUITABLE: FOR PARTIES, EVENTS OR SCHOOLIES STRICT 10PM CURFEW ON ANY NOISE.
