Very close to Middlebury College and just minutes from hiking, biking, skiing, and many other outdoor activities in the mountains and on the shores of Lake Dunmore or Lake Champlain. Perfect for a quiet stay in town or as an adventure home base. Off-street parking for two cars.

This open concept was completely remodeled in 2020, it has an amazing fully equipped commercial kitchen, just installed A/C on all floors and 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a great gathering and living space and great front porch and back deck. The living area, kitchen and dining are downstairs and all three bedrooms upstairs.

Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
