This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

The Hobbit - A Unique Cosy Countryside Getaway

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

Under 2 hours from London and an hour from Cambridge, we are 3.5 miles from the historic town of Eye, which has grocery stores, butcher's and a fantastic deli. Rural, yet under a mile away from two of the best food pubs in Mid-Suffolk, you will be staying in the heart of the East Anglian countryside surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Our luxurious shepherd hut (with private hot tub) is set in a peaceful location on a quiet arable farm in Suffolk. Our amazing hut features a cosy double bed, gorgeous ensuite shower with loo and basin, a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, microwave and fridge, a sofa, flatscreen tv, dedicated WiFi, electric fire and a brand new 5 berth hot tub. We are just 10 mins drive from Eye, 20 mins from Framingham and 40 mins from the seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.

A unique rural barn with vaulted ceiling and medieval beams provides a tranquil but contemporary space, with a separate bathroom and extra storage space . Small space with kettle and breakfast items - tea, coffee, milk , muesli. Electric coolbox but no fridge or kitchen. Uninterrupted views from bi-fold doors to the private patio, mature garden and meadows. Tranquil and private, great for birdwatching. Table and chairs on patio for your own use. Sorry, no TV or wifi.

The Chestnuts Pod with private garden.

The pod is located in its private, self contained area at the end of the large garden of our mid-terrace house. The pod has all facilities provided including fridge, microwave, toaster and TV. Beside the pod is an electric George Foreman Grill.The bathroom has an electric compact shower with mains supplied water and toilet. The garden is secluded, peaceful and full of wildlife. The pod also has its own private parking space and free WiFi.

The Cartlodge - a cosy winter retreat!

Stylish, light, and relaxing space, nestled amidst a peaceful garden and orchard, with a summerhouse, firepit, bbq, hammock, and lots of space for alfresco dining. An ideal summer or winter retreat! Why not escape to your very own bolt hole in the country. The Cartlodge sits in the grounds of a 16th Century Manor House, in the peaceful village of Tacolneston, near the thriving, historical city of Norwich.
