We had a lovely stay. The cargo pod was just big enough for us and the facilities were great. The patio furniture could do with an update, but overall we are really happy

The Giraffe House is a beautiful little home with everything you could need. I loved all the details that were so inkeeping with the theme! Bed and sofa were nice and comfy. Cathy was very welcoming and friendly, providing local information too. Very well placed, close the town, within easy walking distance which was handy for exploring. Thank you for a lovely stay

"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

Watt cottage is a beautiful little cottage which makes you feel at home. The cottage was well equipped with all the essentials needed. Samantha communicated with me when needed and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying at Watt cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you Karen for having us stay. It was a really well equipped chalet with everything you could need. Was cosy and charming and had a holiday feel about the place. Excellent communication from Karen and would definitely consider coming back again.

We had a wonderful time at Aquarius in Kessingland. It was a great base to explore the local beaches and nearby coastal towns. We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were out at Southwold and Benacre mostly, but the accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean/tidy. Sue was a great host and the instructions to find the property were clear and simple. Kessingland beach was lovely and we could easily come back and spend a few days just relaxing and playing on the beach. We would love to come back and visit again soon!

Really enjoyed our stay - accommodation was small but perfectly formed! Very comfortable with quality fixtures & furnishings. Excellent communication from Helen, easy-to-follow directions, lots of local information. We didn’t meet Helen but did have a chat with her husband Graham who was very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again in the future.

What a lovely little hideaway retreat, everything we needed was there, very comfortable, clean and peaceful. A gorgeous view across the valley, if it had been a bit warmer we would have sat outside more, but very cosy inside the hut, and we can't control the weather! A thoughtful selection of breakfast ingredients was provided, and even a bottle of fizz (for the evening, not for breakfast) Main bed was very comfortable, we didn't try the smaller ones, though. Lovely picturesque villages nearby, with pubs to eat out, etc. Would definitely recommend

Michelle‘s Shepherd hut was more stunning than the pictures depicted. Everything was spotless and the setting was idylllic. The fire pit was a wonderful addition, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is very rural and if you want utter peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Don’t hesitate to book.

I spent a lovely few days at the shepherds hut. It was a beautiful and peaceful area with very little noise. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside and it worked as a great base for me to explore the Suffolk coastline. Katie and Matt gave really clear instructions for my stay and checked in while i was there to make sure i had everything i needed. The amenities were as described and everything worked as expected. Lovely hosts and a great place to stay, would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Jo and her husband, Christian made us feel very welcome and at home - keen to share knowledge of local events and attractions. The garden room was super cosy and just as we had expected, with everything we could possibly have needed. Peaceful and quiet area not far from the high street and in walking distance of the beach. We'd be happy to return.

Excellent stay. I spent 7 weeks living here and have no complaints. I found the area ,though small, very comfortable. The modern kitchen would suit anyone’s needs, with all cooking utensils provided for. I would stay here again should I find myself in the area. And recommend this stay to anyone travelling to the area.

Home from home touches. Thoughtful touches. Considered touches all these made the difference for a wonderful stay. If your dogs are looking for a great break this is very suitable. Excellent fencing, great doorstep walking. The town is worth a visit is 10mins in the car although you can walk off road. Big co op cafes and small independent shops. It is for those looking for a quiet time to recharge. The hosts we can not speak highly enough of them. Everything went without a hitch. We opened door air con on , music playing quietly a hamper and a lovely welcome note. Very easy to pop your bags down and begin your stay. The reviews in the guest book all read with the same appreciation of the hard work the hosts must put in. I leave this with much thanks and we shall all return .

Gillian's little garden pod is a perfect place for one or two people to stay for a few days. I stayed for 3 of the coldest days in January and the pod was toasty warm and really cosy. It has everything required for a comfortable short break and is ideally situated for exploring the unspoiled Suffolk coastline. Gillian was there to welcome me upon arrival and advised me of Leiston's local amenities and also recommended what to see and do in the area. Gillian was excellent with her communication before and during my stay and was also very respectful of her guests privacy and independence. A great few days in a beautiful area and a place I definitely recommend.

Great location for us visiting family nearby. Little peace of paradise. Tucked away overlooking a beautiful garden. Carole was a great host, cottage was very welcoming. Clean, warm and cosy. We only stayed one night sadly but could have easily stayed longer. Slept so well in the comfy bed. Would definitely book again.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing and romantic countryside escape and that’s exactly what we got! The cabin was cosy and warm with the heaters. Outside the fairy lights are really cute and there was plenty of firewood. You can just about see other buildings but we felt lovely and secluded in our little area. Shower was good and hot, compost loo was well kept! Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for having us!

What a delight to stay at Little Acorn. Perfect for two to get away from it all, tranquil surroundings, perfect hosts, everything we needed and more. The cabin is well equipped, very clean and ideally situated. Ann and John are very friendly and accomodating hosts. Thank you, just what we needed to relax and recharge. We would love to return one day.

Lovely & relaxing stay at Wispy Meadows in the Golden Orfe hut. Beautiful location surrounded by nature. The hut is right on the lake and overlooks a quiet golf course. There’s also an outside balcony & pergola area which houses the hot tub and outside seating by the fire. Very private and peaceful space. The hut inside was clean and cosy with a well equipped little kitchen, comfy bed and log burner. ((Make sure to bring some logs or coal of your own, as the starter pack of kindling provided will only start the fire not keep it going.)) The hot tub was amazing and made our weekend! A bit of a shame about the extra cost to use it though. ((Also recommend to guests planning on using it to bring a spare set of towels or a robe so your bath sheets don’t get wet & chlorinated.)) Overall a lovely & peaceful weekend in stunning surroundings and a beautiful little hut. We will be back for sure! Thank you 🤩

We had the most relaxed and peaceful stay in this gorgeous cabin. It completely exceeded our expectations and is such great value for money! Tucked away and secluded in its own private area surrounded by nature, this was perfect for us to unwind and relax. It even has its own lil pond on the front! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. Lovely little seating area on the decking out front overlooking the pond and a fire pit for the evenings. The on suite building was perfect and the water heats up super fast and with good pressure too! Thank you, we LOVED it!

The boatyard was everything and more. Our stay was perfect. We found the directions perfect and found the location with no issue. Alice left us fresh milk, orange juice, wine, crisps and biscuits which was very kind. The boat was more than I could have expected it was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing. The views and the peace and quiet was perfect. We just relaxed all weekend. Alice and Charlie are just the perfect hosts and are so friendly and I can’t wait to come back. Our dog had the best time and was able to be free and enjoy the field and woods. The horses and foals took my breath away. Thanks for the best time.

We had an amazing and truly relaxing time at the Shepherd's Hut. The host had thought of every detail, making our stay completely stress-free. The garden was much larger than we expected, with lots of great facilities and everything we needed already provided. The hot tub was a real highlight — even better than we imagined — peaceful, relaxing, and with a beautiful view. The hut itself was cosy and charming, with a lovely fire that kept it warm and welcoming. The kitchen facilities were spot on, allowing us to cook delicious meals and unwind in comfort. A fabulous stay — 5 stars from us!
