Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

Romantic Getaway with Hot Tub

A romantic retreat in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The hot tub is a must for relaxing in, which is available all year round. There is a log burner in the winter months for that cosy and romantic ambience. The village pub, which serves good food and drink, is only an 8 minute walk away. There are plenty of lovely walks in and around the village too. We have books and games and Alexa and the TV is Netflix enabled. It's time to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

The Cabin Millers Meadow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Little Acorn

A chance to sample village life in Norfolk. Little Acorn is very peaceful ( apart from the birds of course!) and offers a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a while. During the winter we have redecorated, put in a tiled new shower area and new laminate flooring to the accommodation. We are now open again to guest bookings from February 5th 2024. We look forward to welcoming both new and returning guests very soon.
