The house is within a 2 minute walking distance from Simpson's Point where you can enjoy swimming, picnics, sunsets, and stargazing. You can expect peaceful, quiet days and evenings with the option to bathe in a skylight-lit bathtub/shower and snuggle up in comfy beds lit by twinkle lights. Rental includes entire upper floor with private entrance along with tv/internet (Netflix only).

A wonderful getaway space for couples and solo adventurers, you’ll love it because of the location, ambiance, privacy and charm.

Enjoy views of the working harbor from this bright, two floor guest suite in the historic West End. The space features a garden oasis and seasonal, heated saltwater pool—just a short walk from the Old Port and Arts District. The suite is attached to our home but fully private, with its own entrance. Two story in-law suite. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

The over 600 sq. ft. large open floor plan is spacious & clean with a large private patio. The location is quiet and peaceful while only 5 minutes from the action in downtown Rockland and only 15 minutes from Camden. This is a great home base to explore all that the Midcoast area has to offer.
