Johns Island - on the water @ Bass Harbor Cottages

Johns Island is on the first floor of our historic three room Inn and has a wrap-around farmer's porch with a side-view across Bass Harbor. This room is street side and faces a meadow which is filled with lupines in the spring. Take the staircase to the shore, watch the tide change and look for your favorite shore bird - guillemots, loons and eagles are frequent visitors. Before Request a stay, please be sure that you have at least one positive review by you, for you and in your name.

These brand-new king apartments feature a full kitchen, open living area with an electric fireplace, massage chair, (2) 55-inch Smart TVs, king bed and a pull-out sofa. The balcony offers partial views of Frenchman Bay and the Porcupine Islands. The bathroom has an over-sized walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, a bidet toilet seat, a double vanity, plush robes and a make-up mirror. You will have access to all hotel amenities, including a large sloping lawn with lawn games, rocky beach access, complimentary bike rentals (seasonal), lobby gift shop, fitness center, an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Our guests also have access to the Blue Dot and Yellow Dot trails that lead up to a phenomenal view of the waterfront from Lookout Rock.
