You will be given the access code to keys with your reservation. The front porch, laundry room and back yard are shared. The remainder is private. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.
