Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars, very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Only registered guests allowed access to property, including pool. NO PETS allowed as there is already a very friendly dog on site.

Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.
