If you stay at Cary's place (and you should!), be sure to ask him for restaurant recommendations! He knows these restaurants, knows the owners, and even knows what some of their specialties are! This condo is amazing and we will be staying again.

Alex was great at communicating and following up. We had some questions and she was responsive. Also goes beyond expectations on things like forgetting coats :0) - thank you! The location is great. Short walk to a Main Street of bars and restaurants, kid friendly too - happy campers pizza joint was a great reco! Also close to the brown line train station and not too far into town - we walked it with children and it was fine. House is really large, spacious. I know some have mentioned about hearing the train, but that is part of city living, it was more than fine. Enjoyed the stay, would recommend it and would go back again if visiting Chicago. This little slice of lake heaven is located just 5-10 minutes walking from pristine beaches & a 5 minute walk to union pier where you’ll find 2 cute bakeries & a gelato shop. This neighborhood is the best in harbor country & the home is larger than the photos depicted. Lovely back yard as well. a fabulous find!! Thank you & we’ll be back!!

Great place to stay out of the overwhelming downtown without being far from what you want to do.

This was perfect for us visiting family and my mother's and grandmother's graves. It was in a cozy little neighborhood with friendly neighbors and close to my dad's house in Gary. If the opportunity arises I would definitely book here again

Great house for a visit to Notre Dame. The house was clean and perfect for a group of 9. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The house had everything we needed and was stocked with extra things you normally do not find at an AIRBNB. . I highly recommend!

Muchas gracias Brandon fuiste súper amable siempre y eso lo valoramos mucho, la comunicación fue muy fluida y siempre inmediata, tu casa tal cual está anunciada, súper limpia, el vecindario nos pareció seguro, a pesar de que el estacionamiento es el la calle no tuvimos nunca ningún problema siempre encontramos espacio, el departamento está muy seguro, la ubicación es genial, muy cerca del malecón, definitivamente recomendamos mucho tu departamento. Gracias por tus recomendaciones nos fueron muy útiles, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en Chicago.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Chicago! The home was even better than the photos, offering plenty of space for our group of six, with room to spare. The layout was perfect, with lots of bathrooms and large windows that filled the space with natural light. The real plants throughout the house added a lovely touch. The location was ideal, within walking distance to grocery stores and fantastic restaurants right next door. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday weekend here, and it was the perfect setting for our special occasion. Our host, Alice, was incredibly attentive, checking in with us throughout our stay and providing extra supplies when needed. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Chicago. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and enjoy the city!

We loved our stay! Great location. Beautiful area. Felt very safe. Easy to find and park. Emily provided street parking passes for our second car. We walked everywhere or took the train. When we had a question at check in they answered right away and were very helpful. We travelled with teens, dogs, and grandparents. This is a perfect place for dogs! Great patio, comfy beds, dog bed and bowls, and most importantly next to many parks for the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a grocery store, Starbucks, and Target down the street. Kids figured out the TV right away. Considerations when booking: this is a three story house with the bedrooms and shower upstairs, laundry downstairs and the stairs are spiral staircases. No biggie for us but if you have mobility concerns (human or dog) this might prove challenging. The water pressure in the shower was low but plenty of hot water for all of us. We would definitely come again! Thanks Emily!

Lovely spot, exactly as expected. Great space for our large group. Does lack a good central "lounge" space - this wasn't unexpected with the couch upstairs from the kitchen & dining table but it did make for a less social space than anticipated. Be sure to read closely - the outdoor space can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms so though it was a good space, it was limited as a public space for our group. Beautifully furnished though and a great location for our group, no real complaints

The place is clean and feels welcoming and pleasant. We visited with 12 members in the family and kids never got bored. The host is quite flexible with extra needs if required. All items were accurately as described.

We loved this home away from home for our family. Thank you for opening up your well designed home for us. The location is perfect - quiet enough but near Wicker happenings & grocery etc. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, gracious when we messed a couple things up. We really appreciate such a great stay. My only small qualm is the lack of new/clean/working high end appliances we would ordinarily find in a home of this cost. However we booked last minute and didn’t specifically request anything. And found everything we needed to do the job. I highly recommend this Airbnb stay!

This was probably one of the nicest places we've stayed in a while. The property was perfect and exactly how it was described. Eric was extremely generous and available, even though him and his family had just welcomed a new member to their family. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental!

Very comfortable and great accommodations. Everything was as described. A great location to explore Southwest Michigan. The house was perfect for families and especially for toddlers. Plenty of toys, books, monitors, sound machine baby gate and more! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this house.
