11 of us came to stay at the villa for my friend’s hen party. It absolutely met all our expectations and more. The pool was a perfect size, dining table was fab and the rooms great. Lucy, Grace, Jane and all the staff were phenomenal and could not have done more for us. The food they cooked us was beautiful and they really helped us out by sorting extra food shopping (snacks etc) for us. The beach and all restaurants/bars are a 5 minute walk away and as a group of females we felt safe walking along the beach and back to the villa after an evening out. 100% recommend.

Die Unterkunft in Paje war super! Jedenfalls wurde nach unseren Bedürfnissen für uns gekocht bzw. Frühstück serviert. Alles was nötig ist war vorhanden und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt genauso wie viele Restaurants und andere Möglichkeiten. Der Housekeeper Mr. Josephe hat uns bestens beraten und uns geholfen unsere Zeit in Paje bestens zu nutzen. Alle Trips und Ausflüge haben wir über ihn gebucht ohne das Gefühl zu haben Zuviel zu zahlen. Ein Kite Set ist auch vorhanden was genutzt werden kann , ideal für Kitesurfer. Auch der Transport hat super geklappt. Rund um können wir sagen dass das die perfekte Unterkunft in Paje ist.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad hier. Het voelde of we in het paradijs waren beland, beter dan de foto's. Barbara was super behulpzaam en gezellig, en weet veel over de omgeving, en neemt de tijd voor je als je een vraag hebt.

The place is super spacious, very clean, and has a great pool and outdoor space. The staff on site are wonderful. Meg and Eddy are the best hosts I’ve ever had from Airbnb and they go the extra mile on everything to make sure you have what you need, give great recommendations, and make you feel at home. Would highly recommend staying here!

There’s not enough words to describe how great of an experience I had staying at this home. It’s exactly as advertised and the reviews about it told no lies. First of all it’s very clean to the point where you can sleep anywhere in the house and feel right at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless with all the amenities you need so if you forget some essentials there’s no need to worry because the house provides it. Our house staff were so responsive to everything we needed. Anything you need just send a quick text message and they will be at your door smiling with everything you desire and ready to assist you in any way possible. I’ve traveled all over there world so when I say this place is first class treatment, I mean it. This is my second trip to DT Villas. I stayed in the house next door last year and I love how this entire property/premises is growing more like a top tier hotel resort every year but instead with rental homes. Nowhere on Zanzibar island is better, trust me

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house itself was excellent — spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and scenic environment that made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply enjoy some quiet time, it's a perfect setting. Inside, the living space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi speed was also impressive, which was a huge plus for both work and streaming. Lastly, the local hosting service was top-notch. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this property — it truly felt like a home away from home.

Our family had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely property! We truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. The large Bluetooth speaker was perfect for keeping us entertained throughout our visit. We were also impressed with the showers—the water pressure was fantastic, making our showers very refreshing. The rooms were spotless with clean sheets and excellent air conditioning, ensuring we slept comfortably every night. The highlight for our kids was definitely the rooftop pool, which was the perfect spot to relax during the hot afternoons. A special thank you to our host, Amina, who was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this place! It was on the smaller side and very private and quiet with a beautiful beach. We stayed in both the Coco Tree House and the Kima Lodge Duplex. Beautiful place, great pool, right in the ocean, peaceful, relaxing! The food was so amazing and delicious! Alfred was our waiter. So kind, polite and fun! The lady chef is an AMAZING cook! Everything we had to eat was DIVINE! I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. One of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Zanzibar!!! ❤️
