Very nice place with a very cute outside area. Not to fat from popular areas like Wynwood and South Beach.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Will book again

Stay at Anna place was amazing… I went to FLL with 9 of my best friends and we choose this place for the pool and jacuzzi!, we loved it!…. Weather during the weekend was not the best to be at the beach, so we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzy!… it was amazing… if we travel back in a big group, of course we will stay again! Also, any question or request to Anna was answered in timely manner! THANKS!

Great host, great accommodations and very communicative. Beds are very fresh sheets were clean and kitchen. Had everything you could need! Pool was even heated!! Definitely a good spot and highly recommend it to anybody that has a group. I will see the photos on the Airbnb app. Do not do this place justice! It definitely looks better in person and everyone that stayed absolutely loved it! Also loved that upstairs for the bathrooms. They connected to every single room. No one had any issues being able to use a restroom at any time.

Beautiful home in walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Felt right at home. Super clean. Felt very safe walking around the area. We were only there one night, but would highly recommend.

Awesome house for our family get-together. Great layout, with lots of room and different places for separate groups throughout the property. The pool and outdoor seating areas were furnished nicely, with lots of room to spread out. Sonos system setup throughout the house was a nice plus, too. Definitely, a great stay if you have a big family or group.

Spencer’s house was AMAZING!!! Everything was SUPER clean & the house felt homey from the moment we walked in! The decor is BEAUTIFUL and the outside SO RELAXING & inviting! The older kids LOVED using the kayaks & paddleboard and our youngest had a blast with the outdoor connect four! The new hanging chairs in the arcade room are a comfy & pretty addition and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! This may seem like a little thing, but we SO APPRECIATED the hot water for all of us to get showers as some airb&b’s we’ve stayed at have had lukewarm water-but not here! We also enjoyed the central cooling system that could be changed by the touch of a remote control button😉👍 Last but not least, so many little EXTRA TOUCHES that we loved…including the note & wine upon arrival, the new toothbrushes, paste & lotions incase you forgot one, and the abundance of shampoo, conditioner & body wash! We truly felt welcomed & thought of! We hope to return to Spencer’s again soon!!!

Great place to stay! The house is on a quiet street, a short walk to the beach. You don't need to worry about anything; the house has it all. Charmaine was amazing, checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a big plus! I 100% recommend this place for families with small kids!

Susan was the best host ever and the property is beautiful and amazing. The pictures do not do this property justice. The backyard felt like we were on vacation every day of the week. I definitely look forward to coming back and staying here. Thank you for the great beautiful home and great service.

WOW! What a great place to stay in Miami! Rick's place was just what the doctor ordered. The family was in town for a birthday celebration, and everything we needed for a fantastic getaway was right at our fingertips. Games, activities and beautiful outdoor space, right at the house. A well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lovely living space rounded out the experience, everyone in our party was extremely satisfied. Rick is an awesome communicator, he got back to me with any questions I had and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to the Miami area.

My family and I loved our stay. Saar was very kind, supportive, understanding, positive and accommodated us with our urgent needs. The entire home is modern, artistic and beautiful. The back yard is luscious and green with beautiful trees and plants. We felt like we were in a tropical paradise during our entire stay. The kitchen is modern and pristine, and the bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back. Book your next stay at this beautiful paradise home today!
