It was a clean, very well equipped home with walking distance of the center of town. We slept comfortably with cozy bedding, a nice bathroom in the mornings and peaceful, quiet days during our stay. The hosts (Colista) was prompt, gracious and kind. Thank you for a wonderful visit 😊

Kellie and her family have been an amazing host for my son while he finishes welding school. The place has more amenities than he needed and is in a very convenient location . She has a helpful guide available to download with area restaurants, nature preserves and things to do. She and her family have been the most gracious host and we cannot thank them enough for such an incredible stay!

Stayed here for 2 weeks while taking a class and studying for an exam at Hobart. Had everything I needed to cook, study in peace, and feel comfortable during my stay.

Jon and Chera's place is a great spot to stay in Tipp. Historic shops just down the street with fun restaurants. House was just as pictured, EXTREMELY clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were great and very understanding and quick to respond to any communication or questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for everything.

We loved our stay! The house is so cute and in an area where it is so quiet out. Which is exactly what I love. I especially loved that they stocked waters in the fridge and plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The house was very clean and smelled lovely. I especially LOVED the bed downstairs. We were in the area for a family event. Was perfect and affordable for a large family. Very comfortable and quiet. Great place for family reunions. Plenty of hot water for showers (always a plus).

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. You are in town but with the condo being on the 3rd and 4th floor you almost never hear any road traffic. It was very peaceful. There are restaurants and coffee right across the street which was very nice.

Sam helped us out in a crisis and I’m so thankful for her! She was quick and communicative, and helped us find a place that would fit our needs in a rush. We originally rented another place of hers, and she helped us get over to this one easily. Thank you for being you, Sam!!!
