THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Me Encanta Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

The Tobala Studio has a king size bed, spacious closets, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, grill, microwave, utensils, and a coffee maker. Add air conditioning, fan and a smart TV. Several outdoor areas to relax or enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

A ten minute walk brings you to Playa Los Cerritos, the best swimming beach with the most consistent surf around. While close enough to walk to restaurants, bars, surf, the property feels remote. Catch sunset from the deck, stargaze at night, and wake to the sounds of birds and waves crashing.

Located on the hill behind the village, this deluxe boutique cottage (casita) is a self-contained private studio for 2 adults. The beach is an easy walk down a picturesque cobbled street. Relax under the palapa on the roof-top deck, with sweeping views of the ocean and mountains. Well equipped kitchen for the chef, or enjoy a BBQ on the large patio.
