Incantevole. L’amore per l’arte di Melania traspira in questo bellissimo appartamento. La pace e la tranquillità che cercavamo hanno reso il nostro soggiorno proprio piacevole. Utilissimi anche i consigli sui dintorni che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Casa molto pulita....accogliente...calda...con tutti i confort....zona tranquilla con parcheggio nella proprietà.....la sorella Claudia ke abita a fianco è sempre stata cordiale e gentile....sicuramente ci ritorneremo...consiglio vivamente.

La proprietaria Claudia ci ha accolti puntuale all’ingresso della casa. Disponibile ed estremamente premurosa ad ogni nostra richiesta. L’alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, molto intimo e curato. Molto piacevole la posizione rispetto alla parte alta antica di Biella raggiungibile in 10’ minuti a piedi ( compresa funicolare per scendere nella parte bassa più centrale). Un paio di dettagli da segnalare: da fonofobica quale sono non c’è una insonorizzazione ottimale col piano superiore ( si sentono molto i passi), ma gestibile. Inoltre, trattandosi di un super host, magari se si ha piacere di lasciare un dolce agli ospiti: togliere le crostatine confezionate e lasciare un prodotto dolciario locale. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei

Ottimo casa, molto bella, spaziosa, perfetta per famiglie. Antonella é sempre disponibile anche se davvero non abbiamo mai avuto necessitá di contattare con lei o suo marito. Ci é piaciuto molto passare il Natale, per la seconda volta, a casa di Antonella e raccomandiamo caldamente per tutti quelli vogliano passare tempo nel biellese ai piedi dei monti, la casa di Antonella é l'ideale per relax e location ottima per muoversi tra le varie valli e paesi del territorio.

The property was comfortable, home-like (in a somewhat kitschy and dated sense) and good value. The hosts were welcoming and provided clear instructions throughout the stay. Clean and good linen provided. Small kitchen. Nice garden setting in a quiet location. Please be aware that you may have to provide your own necessities such as toilet paper and dishwashing tablets.

Rebecka und Andrea sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, auf die man sich verlassen kann. Die gut ausgestattete Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert und die Gegend ist sehr schön. In Mezzenile gibt es fußläufig erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants.

la casa de Renato i Tatsiana és ideal si has de estar per la zona muntanyosa del Piemonte. Nosaltres hi vam anar per skiar a la ViaLattea, i hi tornarem. La casa és molt acollidora, l' entorn tranquil i a prop del poble per anar-hi a peu. A prop es troba també l' estació de tren, que vam agafar per visitar Torino. Renato va ser molt atent i es va preocupar en tot moment per la nostra comoditat. És un excel.lent amfitrió. Moltes gràcies!

We stayed for almost 3 weeks during the ski season and it was perfect for us and the guests who joined us. We were out most of the day and evening, either skiing, spa or snow.shoe walking in Sauze or visiting historical places nearby. There was a 5min walk to the train station where you could get the train to Turin (1hr 15min) or a bus to the ski resort (15mins). There was plenty of free parking at the appartment if you come by car and only a 15 drive to the ski resort. All the local cafes, bars and restaurants all served excellent local food and wine, and of course coffees. There were plenty more in Sauze if you want more of the night life, but we were happy with a little apres ski and the 8pm bus down to Oulx. The residents of Oulx where very hospitable and friendly and helped us with our smattering of italian. Marco was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. We'll definitely book to stay here again and would recommend it.

La casa è davvero bella e accogliente, perfettamente pulita e con tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. La stanza in mansarda poi è uno spettacolo! La posizione, a pochi minuti di auto da Neive, è molto comoda per girare la zona delle Langhe. Rosella è stata una host impeccabile, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
