Even better than the pictures! everything was really clean and tidy. Cristina is very responsive on messages and explained everything clearly on text and videos. Trams and busses right outside the apartment and also a shop next door, to buy the tickets. If i was to go back id 100% be staying here again. already recommended it to friends and family. Thankyou for being a brilliant host 👍

We had a great stay at Nicola’s. Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Comfortable seating in the living room to accommodate four people. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a queen. New windows. Slightly noisy from the blue bedroom but noise died down early. Nicola helped arrange for a driver to the airport which was very helpful. Great location very centrally located and just a few minutes walk to Piazza Navona and other sights. Overall a comfortable stay.

Niccolo was an amazing host and answered all our questions and gave us many excellent recommendations. His flat is perfect and has everything you need. He even gave us a small welcome basket which was very kind of him. The flat is very clean and modern. It is on the second floor of a walk up building and the flat can get a bit noisy at night because it is in the heart of Trastevere but this did not bother us. Overall I would recommend this flat to anyone coming to Rome.

Marta’s place was really great! It was exactly as the photos online showed and the description said. Marta was very quick to respond to all my messages. The rooms had plenty of storage space. The location was great as well, with only a 6 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. This place was an amazing value! I would definitely recommend.

Wir haben 4 Tage Rom besichtigt und die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, ideal für das Besichtigen alles Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr schöne Ausstattung mit toller Dachterrasse und Blick auf St. Trinita. Leider war es im Februar noch etwas kühl, ansonsten hätten wir die beiden Terrassen intensiver genutzt.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Andrea was an amazing host! Check in was at 3pm but we landed at 11am and he let us drop our bags inside. He gave us a tour of the flat and a map pointing out all the best places to visit which was really helpful. The flat it's self was fantastic! I planned a trip to Rome for my girlfriends birthday and the hot tub and sauna were a brilliant way to relax and recover from our endless exploring. Every amenities were available which made us feel right at home. The bathrooms came with soap and some shower gel and there was some detergent for the washing machine. Location was brilliant too. 5 min walk to the metro and and nice 10 min walk to the Vatican. There's also some lovely cafes and resturants near by. The area its self felt very safe and we felt like we were able to see and do so much because of how easy it was to get to places and back. Thank you again Andrea!!! We will definitely be back ❤️🇮🇹

Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Stefan was an excellent host . Very proactive checked and assisted our every need. As a family, We had awesome time at his place . We highly recommend the place for your stay while in Rome .

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly nice and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was great—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the spa, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Massimo was extremely helpful. Before our stay he already reached out with information on how to find the house and the nearest supermarket. The house was clean and the linens/towels all smelled clean as well. If we had any issues Massimo was quick to reply and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. If you are looking for an authentic medieval village experience this listing is for you. You can tell Lorenzo put his full hart and soul into renovating his historical family home. He is definitely a craftsman and an artist. If you have the intention of cooking bring a short chef otherwise the home is fantastic with a picturesque view! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Abbiamo passato due notti con la classe del liceo per festeggiare i 100 giorni dall'esame di maturità. Posto super tranquillo, trovato facilmente (giusto complessa un po' la salita per arrivare) e immerso in una splendida natura. Tutto era pulitissimo e tenuto molto bene da Alfredo, che è stato sempre molto disponibile. Vista la posizione, nel mezzo della campagna e distante circa 15 minuti dal paese più vicino, è un'esperienza consigliatissima per gruppi di amici che vogliono prendersi qualche giorno di relax. Camere da letto semplici e belle, una spa molto carina e una vasca esterna rendono l'esperienza piacevole e rilassante. Bellissima la cucina situata sotto i casali dedicati alle camere, dove ci sono 2 tavoli all'esterno e uno all'interno che permettono di mangiare tutti assieme. Nel complesso la pulizia generale, le attività da poter fare e la serenità hanno fatto volare questi giorni, rendendo questa esperienza meravigliosa!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

The apartment looked as good as it was on the photos, and better. Worked great for a family of 4, each of our kids got their own bedroom. The "living room" is atrium style, which turns out to be how old Roman houses were built. The plants, fountain, sky light, the fountain, and beautiful lighting all add to the atmosphere. Hanging out there was a fun experience in itself. Yes, there was a musty smell around the fountain as other reviews mention, BUT it was totally manageable, and bedrooms were free of it. Don't miss out on this incredible place just because of that. Mostly quiet, as bedrooms are far from the street. Someone above was partying on Sat, but we used the fountain sound to block the noise, and slept just fine. There was an AC unit in every room. The kitchen / dining room was solid, and had everything in it. Espresso machine was stocked, and the fridge full of refreshments. Much appreciated! Location is the best part: easy walk to all the best sites, and a subway stop.

Momo's place provided us a great location to see and enjoy the sites of Rome. Very close to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to many other historical locations. The apartment met all of our needs and Momo was very responsive to our communications. There is an additional local tax that was required when we checked in. The description of the property is very accurate. We would stay here again. Thank you, Momo.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!
