Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

Cet appartement est vraiment idéal pour un séjour à Rome. Il se trouve dans un quartier très charmant avec des restaurants et des commerces à proximité. Le plus c'est vraiment le métro qui se situe à quelques pas de la maison. Proche du centre-ville pour pouvoir visiter. Nous avons été accueillis par Marie-Anne qui a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous. L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Un vrai coup de cœur. On recommande !

I absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The place was cozy and perfectly clean, and the host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It truly felt like a home – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

El apartamento tiene un encanto especial. La ubicación es perfecta, y las terrazas le dan un toque espectacular. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y la decoración bohemia crea un ambiente muy acogedor. La atención de Vittorio fue excelente; además de ser muy atento, hablaba español, lo que facilitó mucho la comunicación. The location is perfect, and the terraces add a spectacular touch. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and the bohemian decor creates a very cozy atmosphere. Vittorio’s attention was excellent; he was very kind, which made communication much easier. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marco. L’appartement est très bien placé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec Marco qui nous a aussi gentiment organisé le transfert depuis l’aéroport. Grazie mille!

Bel appartement avec une vraie cuisine, deux chambres et un séjour, à 8 minutes d'une station de métro. Bonne literie. Andrea est très réactif une fois sur place. A noter la présence d'un marché dans la rue au pied de l'immeuble tous les jours sauf le dimanche, le double vitrage limite le bruit quand les fenêtres sont fermées.

Great place. it's within walking distance of a sub urban metro and bus stop. Made getting to central Rome easy. Note sub urban metro stops running at 10pm, so if you're out later you will need to bus but it's not too bad. Bus doesn't take long to get their at night. Mario was a very responsive host made sure my sister who arrived before me got all the instructions she needed. she helped her get in when she had difficulties. Great Host and Great and affordable place!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Cosy petit appartement très bien aménagé et décoré, très bien situé, sur la ligne du métro et à proximité de commerces etc. Idéal pour dormir au calme tout en étant proche du centre.

We stayed here on our trip to Rome. Giuseppe was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations. He was Very responsive. Just a couple of minutes to walk to the metro. And only a few stops to the main termini. Quiet and safe neighborhood. A little gelato place around the corner. Best in Rome in my opinion. We stayed here with 5 adults and it was very comfortable. If visiting Rome, I would stay here again.

Sergio i njegova kcerka su bili izuzetni domacini. Obzirom da smo kasno navece dosli u Rim licno su nas docekali i uveli u apartman te detaljno dali upute o naselju, koristenju javnog prevoza, i najatraktivnijim turistickim destinacijama. The apartment was just as described. It’s a bit outside of the city center so you will have to take the train about 20 minutes (the train stop is extremely close) or get a taxi. Comfortable two bedroom with a living room and kitchen! We especially enjoyed that it was in a very quiet neighborhood ! Easy to sleep and get away from the busyness of the city center. Host greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly ! Also, just as an fyi you have to go up about 15 steps to get to the apartment

The place was wonderful and clean, my friends checked in late but haven given clear instructions they managed to settle easily. Will definitely come back and recommend this place again

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Simones Apartment. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sogar Wasch- und Putzmittel, Hygieneartikel, Shampoo, Sonnencreme, etc. wurden bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, ist mit vielen Utensilien ausgestattet (z.B. Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Regenschirmen, …) und bietet alles, was man für einen Städteurlaub benötigt. Die Anbindung an Metro und Bahn ist super und die Kommunikation verlief schnell und zuverlässig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und unkompliziert von Stefano empfangen. Einzig ist zu beachten, dass man ab und zu die Züge der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke hört. Dies haben wir jedoch als nicht sehr störend empfunden. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, da sie ein gutes Rundum-Paket für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Rom bietet.
