Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e dotato di tutti i confort. L'arredamento è praticamente tutto nuovo e ben tenuto. La zona è residenziale, tranquilla e ben collegata. Host gentilissimo e super disponibile!! Consigliatissimo!!!

Our stay with Alessandra was absolutely wonderful. She sent us a guide before we even arrived, was extremely flexible with our check-in, met us at the door and gave us a tour. Everything was provided for us, the bed was very nice along with the shower. The lighting was beautiful also. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in Bologna.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio di Dino per la sua vicinanza all'autodromo di Imola, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con parcheggio privato incluso. Dino è stato da subito molto chiaro e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, la casa è nuova, moderna e fornita di tutto e il suo giardinetto davvero molto carino. Se dovessimo tornare a Imola torneremo sicuramente qui, consigliatissimo!

We loved our stay in Carlotta’s home! From her sweet welcome and surprise play area set up for our kiddos to her local recommendations sent weeks in advance and help with making our dinner reservation for our first night, she made our whole experience even more special! The space is very homey and the bed is so comfortable! Everything you need is readily available! The location is great! Very walkable to many amazing restaurants and areas! Would definitely recommend!!! And would love to come back!

Roberto reageert heel snel en is heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. De accommodatie ligt heel centraal en is makkelijk bereikbaar.

This place was great and just about walkable from Bologna station (20mins) with suitcases. Paola was always responsive and when we had an issue with the power on the first night she and her husband sorted it straight away. There is a playground and park opposite the place which was really helpful for the kids and plenty of supermarkets close by. We were also able to bring our suitcases in the morning of arrival and leave them there while the place was being cleaned from previous occupants which saved us having to find luggage storage. Definitely recommend.

Superbe séjour tout étai parfait la proximité avec le centre-ville est idéal, personnellement, j'ai loué les vélos, c'était top pour passer à travers les embouteillages. Cordialement

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

Una struttura davvero meravigliosa. Camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Bagno nuovo molto ampio e pulitissimo. Facile da raggiungere, parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Nicoletta gentilissima e precisa nelle indicazioni. Un soggiorno super!!

Tout d'abord, on remercie Alice pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. C'est une hôte super! Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en famille. Nous étions avec 6 enfants (3×10 ans, 11 ans, 8 ans et 13 ans). La maison était parfaite pour nous! Les enfants ont pû profiter de la salle de jeu, nous nous sommes baignés dans une Jolie rivière à 30min (à pieds), dans des lacs à 20min (en voiture) du logement etc... Nous avons profité des fêtes de village à proximité, nous nous sommes servis du petit barbecue électrique en terrasse, simple et efficace 🙂👍 TOUT ÉTAIT VRAIMENT SUPER!!! Pour finir, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de douceur, de gentillesse et d'amour par les voisins ainsi que par les habitants du hameau. On espère sincèrement revenir l'année prochaine ❤️🇮🇹

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Very good location from which to explore Bologna, within easy walking distance to most points in the historic core. Everything matched photos and was very clean/well maintained. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and friendly. Peaceful with private garden area, well isolated from any street noise. Would definitely recommend.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Io e i miei amici (gruppo di 6 persone) siamo stati bene. La casa è carina, ordinata e vicina a svariati sentieri dove fare passeggiate, e la cucina è molto fornita. La persona che ci ha accolto, inoltre, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le uniche scomodità della casa riguardano i bagni, che sono piccoli, e la stanza-seminterrato che è dislocata dalla casa principale; per gruppi non numerosi e per soggiorni brevi è perfetta

sistemazione a dir poco eccellente: appartamento tanto elegante quanto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario anzi molto di più (apprezzatissimo tutto il kit per la prima colazione), comodissimo il parcheggio a pochi metri dall'ingresso. zona molto tranquilla, sicura e a pochi chilometri dalla città di Modena e dall'autostrada. host e cohost molto disponibili e cortesi per ogni esigenza. rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. sistemazione quindi sicuramente da consigliare.

Ik was in Bologna voor zaken- en vakantie. De Airbnb zit op een perfecte plek. Het is er rustig en stil. Vooral het kleine terras is erg prettig. Alles was erg schoon en netjes. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine en strijkijzer is erg prettig. Simona heeft me goed ontvangen en ik mocht zelfs mijn koffer afgeven voor de afgesproken incheck-tijd. Ze gaf goede tips en reageert snel. Een absolute aanrader!

Мястото е добро. Отлична комуникация с домакина - бърза, точна, ясна и навременна. Апартаментът е на партерно ниво във вътрешен двор. Нямахме проблем с паркирането. Стаите са преходни, спалнята е голяма и удобна за двама души. Напълно съответства на описанието и снимките. Бяхме 4 души за 3 нощувки. Като цяло прекарахме много добре.

A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.

We traveled for business and Davide's place was perfect. Great location was perfect - easy walk to the center (10 minutes) and easy to get to bus stations nearby. We loved the little balcony and that there is a lift that makes it easy to get luggage upstairs. Overall, we totally loved it and will come back!
