Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Marco was an absolute super host. He kept us informed with loads of information, suggestions and advice. The place was an absolute gem, peaceful and within driving distance of all required amenities. Clean, tidy and everything one needed. More than enough space for a family of four. He provided us with bicycles to drive around town and always responded within minutes of our inquiries. We highly suggest staying with Marco and public transportation to Venice from his house is perfect. Looking forward to our next stay with Marco

Fomos em dois casais e o espaço atendeu perfeitamente. Por ser próximo da estação não ter que ficar arrastando malas por Veneza para nós foi a melhor opção. Havia restaurantes, cafés e supermercado por perto. Recomendo a estadia.

Mi estancia en este Airbnb en Venecia ha sido perfecta. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y era tal cual aparecía en las fotos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fácil y amable en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiría si vuelvo a la ciudad. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excellent séjour en famille à 4 chez Barbara, quartier étudiant très sympathique et authentique. Appartement bien chauffé pour l'hiver, très agréable et cosy. Lumineux avec un grand Velux. Lits très confortables Cuisine petite mais bien équipée pour cuisiner. Supermarché et épiceries proches pour faire les courses. Vaporetto 2 sur le quai à quelques minutes à pied. Presque direct pour San Marco. On peut explorer Venise facilement et se promener dans les petites ruelles, les ponts et places autour de l'appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Attention, si vous avez des problèmes locomoteurs: Escalier raide et étroit pour acceder au logement.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

It would s difficult to say what we liked best about Elizabeth’s Airbnb. Great value for Venice!!! The location is perfect for a quiet escape from the crazy venice crowds. But it is very close to several wonderful plazas, big and small to relax, eat and drink in. Near the boat station makes it very convenient. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious. It has a fresher look since the photos were taken. Everything you need for a short stay. If stairs are a problem, obviously this is not the place for you. But if not enjoy the view of the local neighborhood. Elizabeta was responsive, helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, schlicht, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns (zu dritt) auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz geboten. Frotteewäsche fürs Bad war vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln - das fand ich super! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig sind diverse Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Giovanna ermöglichte uns, am Abreisetag das Gepäck noch bis am Nachmittag in der Wohnung stehen zu lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall gerne weiter.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Pucci und Stefano sehr genossen. Alles ist perfekt gelaufen, tolle Kommunikation und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral, nur einen Steinwurf von der Seufzerbrücke entfernt. Wer also die totale Ruhe sucht, der ist hier wahrscheinlich falsch. Wer gerne mitten im Geschehen ist, für den ist die Wohnung perfekt. Durch die Lage in einem Hinterhof hört man auf der Terrasse zwar ein wenig den Trubel, in der Wohnung war es aber ganz ruhig, es stört also nicht. Stefano und Pucci waren tolle Gastgeber, sie haben uns sogar geholfen, als einer unserer Koffer von der Fluglinie verspätet geliefert wurde und als Kontakt fungiert. Vielen Dank nochmal an Euch beide für einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und Eure Hilfe!

Valentina was very responsive and the place was great. We especially loved the location right near the ghetto. Definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Venice

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

La estadía en el departamento de Martina fue excepcional! Ella fue tan amable que incluso nos buscó en la estación de tren y nos acompañó hasta el departamento en vaporetto! El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, es muy cómodo y Martina deja carpetas con un montón de detalles y recomendaciones de Venecia!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Valeria . La maison est à 5 minutes de la gare ferroviaire et des bus. Accès aux bateaux bus (ferry) à proximité également sur la Piazzale Roma On n'a trouvé une boulangerie juste à coté , Majer, délicieux et accueillant. La maison est tel qu'on peut le voir sur les photos et le quartier est très calme. Le lit est confortable, avec des couvertures en plus si nécessaire. Nous aurions pu cuisiner parfaitement sur place car la cuisine est bien équipée mais nous avons fais le choix de gouter la cuisine italienne dans plusieurs restaurants et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Valéria est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive à la moindre question. Ce qui est sur, c'est que nous reviendrons chez Valeria, quand je ne sais pas ? mais on reviendra! Encore merci Valéria. If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Much love to these hosts!!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

Apartamentul este curat și primitor. Este foarte aproape de stația de autobuz care duce spre Veneția ceea ce reprezintă un plus. De asemenea, gazdele au fost receptive la orice nevoie și ne-au ajutat în cel mai scurt timp. Recomand cu mare drag!☺️

Beatrice est une hote tres accueillante, pleine de vie avec un grand sourire. Elle est tres reactive ce qui est egalement tres agreable. Ses explications , ses conseils sont super et comparable a un guide vert avec des petits trucs en plus. Le logement est tres bien pour deux personnes. Cest fonctionnel, calme et propre et tres bien place. Bravo et merci encore.

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
