This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

In only 6 minutes walking, you can find the metro station or bus stop that brings you directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice Island. In the evening, you will come home to a charming Italian neighborhood with medieval architecture and great local restaurants, cafés, or bars to enjoy your favorite aperitivo.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay.
