Great place to stay in a safe and secure private community. Nice big house and close to the strip. Would definitely recommend if you want privacy, peace, and quiet while still being close to the strip.

The location is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place was very clean. I loved the washer and dryer option.

Claudia was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus more (air fryer, blender and coffee maker.) Would definetly book again when we visit Chula Vista again.

I highly recommend this location; it was exceptionally quiet; William was outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and excellent customer service. I will certainly keep this property in mind for future visits to the San Diego area. William and my son connected well since they both serve in the Navy, which was a nice touch. However, Go Army!

Se encuentra en zona muy tranquila y muy segura lugar limpio y cómodo con áreas impecables departamento nuevo Excelente tiempo de respuesta agua caliente , areas comunes alberca ,gym muy relucientes e impecables, personal de seguridad al pendiente del lugar.

Excelente opción para quedarse en Tijuana; ubicación de fácil acceso pero tranquila, departamento idéntico a las fotografías y todas las amenidades 10/10 excelente atención y trato por parte de Liliana 🌟

We loved our stay here - the sunsets are beautiful! The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean and sunset! The building is super safe and secure which we appreciated. The apartment looks like the pictures and was clean. We throughly enjoyed both the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The only thing I’d suggest is if you’d like to enjoy the fitness center you might have to ask the host to give access to that in the key card because the security guard told us the key card only lets you in the specific floor you’re staying at. We didn’t need to use it during our stay so it wasn’t an issue for us. But just a heads up if you are hoping to use it. We would definitely come back again! And I’ve already recommended it to friends who are coming to the area soon.

Zaira's beachside rental is fantastic, and the pictures don't do it justice. The garden space is perfect for relaxation. The beach is so close and so beautiful.

Muy bonito espacio, acogedor tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar un bonito fin de semana. Fogata, plancha, asador y proyector para poder ver tu partido y serie favorita mientras preparas tu comida. Excelente lugar!

As you step inside, you feel right at home and as you step into the backyard, you’re instantly at peace. La atención de Rosario fue excelente, te hace sentir en confianza, la casa está muy equipada, con muchas cobijas y sábanas, muchas camas disponibles, bastantes utensilios de comida, pasamos un rato agradable en el billarsito, la vista a las rocas y el cerro es magnífica. A sólo dos cuadras de la carretera de la ruta del vino, y un Oxxo a una cuadra y un mercado bien surtido a dos cuadras. Realmente si recomiendo mucho la estancia, mi familia y yo disfrutamos la convivencia.
