Glenda was a gracious host. She was kind enough to meet us in person at the door and responded to all our questions in a timely manner. The house is comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen, and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

This is our third stay at Tamara's property and each stay has been wonderful. Tamara is very responsive and gives excellent suggestions on things in the area. The house makes you feel at home. It has everything needed for your stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful getaway amid the orchards and vineyards in close proximity to Palisade and Grand Junction. Light, bright, well appointed. Very cozy and homey. We simply loved our stay! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place. Big fenced in yard. Had a ramp leading up to front door ( my Pom & Yorkie liked that part). Didn't hear the neighbors. Off street parking in covered steel carport. Inside the trailer was spacious, very clean. I had trouble with the door key pad. Not the pads fault, mine. Text Scott/Aimee they opened the door for me several times. They are very responsive. But, yeah, I'd stay there again.

This beautiful home was great! Communication with the host was superb, great location, very clean inside, and very flexible to our needs. I can’t say enough good things all around about my experience staying here. I would 100% stay here again. The home was as described and better than the photos. Very close to downtown and all amenities we desired inside. Thank you very much, I hope to visit again soon.

We very much enjoyed our 4-night stay at Stephen's place. The apartment - located above a large garage in the grounds of the mansion house that Stephen lives in - is well-furnished, spacious and light, with great views. It was situated ideally for us as we wanted to hike in Colorado National Monument and didn't want to be based in a town. (The town of Fruita is nearby.) The trailheads we hiked from were just minutes away from the airbnb, so that was great. Although the two airbnbs Stephen rents out are part of a large (and beautifully-landscaped) events property, you have peace and quiet to enjoy the scenery because, Stephen says, he never rents them out when an event is taking place. In his former business life Stephen was an award-winning nature photographer. We enjoyed looking at some of the images he has created which were hung on the walls of our airbnb. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to explore this area. Thankyou Stephen for your hospitality.

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!

A cozy private nook in a sleepy neighborhood just off the main street, I walked to everything I needed over my 3 day stay, and the neighbors and their chickens (and turkeys!) were very friendly. The AC and heat controls were much appreciated, and the coffee and tea was wonderful to return home to after a long day at the film festival.

Perfect stay while passing through! The restaurant across the street was delicious and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind. Lori’s space was great. We were road tripping with a dog, so it was nice to be able to let him stretch his legs for a while. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described and was neat and clean! I felt like I was at home, as I kicked back in the oversized recliner while watching the big screen tv! Susan and Pat were very helpful and extremely nice! Definitely would recommend staying here….

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

Comfortable, clean and great value for travelers of all sorts. Our host and the staff are kind and available to answer any needs or inquiries. Beds were comfortable and beautifully remodeled room. Thank you to all of you.

Joy's place was perfect for what my wife and I needed. We had just recently moved to Grand Junction, and Joy was super flexible when closing was taking longer than anticipated. I would highly recommend.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!

Responsive hosts and very comfortable space! Easy to Uber to Palisade for wine tasting!
