Although there are other guest on the property you will have this space to call your own and enjoy. ~ 5 min from Lake Winnipesukee, 20 min to Wolfeboro, 20 min to Gunstock and 25 min to Bank of Pavilion

Cute, clean and cared for 1900's cottage literally on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee offering you the chance to relax and get away. This 934 sq ft waterfront camp is located in the quaint town of Alton Bay, NH and offers an open concept living/dining w/ fireplace insert for heat/ambiance, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath and an amazing screen porch. A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.
