It was her haven, The separate entrance and off-street parking make it an attractive place for guests. First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

It has tons of natural light flooding in the windows, a brand-new kitchen top to bottom, a queen bedroom, daybed and trundle in bedroom #2, comfy cozy living room furniture, large Smart TV, front porch for coffee, and fenced back yard for the pups! Parking is available on the street right out front or off-street in the back. There is a small work desk, pet crate, dog bed, fluffy towels, throw blankets, I think we thought of everything!!

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing.
