All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

De ligging nét aan Station Gent-Sint-Pieters maakt dat u beschikt over verbindingen met trein, tram, bus en taxi, nét voor de deur (1 min). De gezellige en veilige buurt biedt een 7/7 supermarkt, winkels, bars, restaurants, nachtwinkel (allen op 1 min) en een groen stadspark met speeltuin in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Dit ruime appartement van 120m2 bevindt zich in hartje Gent, recht tegenover het Gravensteen. De ruime living met eetplaats en volledig ingerichte keuken kijkt uit op het kasteel. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

Large and modern apartment near Ghent. Located near the Parkbos which is beautiful for long walks. You’re at the beginning of the ‘Vlaamse Ardennen’ which is perfect for bike rides. You would be staying at the crossroad between all the major Belgian cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Ostend, Bruges and of course Ghent. All three bedrooms have the possibility to convert the single beds to a double bed with the use of topper mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

De sunny green is een tiny house gelegen in een rustige buitenbuurt van Gent. (4 kilometer van het stadscentrum!) Inchecken op zaterdag en zondag om 15:00 Inchecken van maandag -vrijdag vanaf 18:00. uitchecken om 12:00 de volgende dag. De dag van inchecken kan u al gebruik maken van onze parking, fietsen en bagage-drop vanaf 12:00h. zaterdag & zondag inchecken : 15:00 uitchecken om 11:00h
