20 Mins from Hermanus and 1.5hrs from Cape Town, hidden in the beautiful Middlevlei Nature Reserve on the mouth of the Bot River is this majestic log cabin. The cabin is situated within a 200m walk of the lagoon and 1km from the beach. It consists of 2 bedrooms (2 x DBL bed, 1x Single Bunk) & 2 bathrooms, indoor fireplace, open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area downstairs with a balcony upstairs. There is a large outdoor entertainment area with a built-in braai and picnic table.

Meerenbosch is located within the Middlevlei Nature Reserve 2km’s outside of Fisherhaven. With access to the lagoon which is fabulous for all sorts of water sporting activities such as SUPing, kayaking, kite-surfing and evening skimmer-boarding. The wild waves and beach is perfect for fishing (fishing license required). So bring your fishing rods! Or even take a stroll along the beach at sunset or sunrise. The cabin is cozy with modern decor and has a refreshing holiday vibe.

The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.
