You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. Just a short walk to Lake Winnipesaukee with lake access. 1.6 miles to Weirs Beach, restaurants, arcades, shopping, drive in movie theater, bumper boats, batting cages and other family activities. 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain, hiking/biking trails, skiing, snowboarding and tubing. Washer/Dryer/Gas grill included. Large front deck. ** Lake access is you can get into the water with floats, kayaks, paddle boards etc. There is no dock. Walk from house to lake is about 200 yards**

Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is a quiet and private modern oasis! Across the street from Lake Waukewan and a short walk to Main St in Meredith, NH, this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home sleeps 12! Well behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. A 3 minute drive gets you to the Meredith town docks and Hesky Park. Stroll through the local shops and visit the restaurants for a culinary delight. Take in the Meredith Sculpture Art Walk, or Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
