On a passé un super séjour en famille et entre amis dans un endroit très calme. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, tout est propre et comme neuf. Le jardin est grand, parfait pour les enfants, et le quartier est très paisible. Franchement, je recommande 100%!

Grand merci Nathalie et Stéphanie, nous avons passé un très bon week-end et toutes était parfait, et les enfants ont bien profité du jardin et des jeux. Nous le recommandons.

Nous avons adoré notre week-end à la campagne dans cette superbe maison, spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. La maison est entourée de verdure et de fleurs, ça sent bon la glycine, et l'environnement est très calme. La literie est très confortable, les soirées devant la cheminée tellement agréables, bref c'était parfait ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Yves et Sandrine. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les soirées cosy devant le poêle, les jeux et le babyfoot disponibles, et la possibilité de faire un barbecue. Le petit déjeuner copieux proposé est un vrai plus, et Jean-Yves et Sandrine sont très amicaux et aux petits soins . Nous recommandons !

Nous sommes venus avec plusieurs couples d’amis avec enfants ( 6 mois à 5 ans). Tout le confort est présent pour passer du bon temps entre amis (grande cuisine très bien équipé), un grand nombre de chambres. Bref, super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Valérie. Un nid douillet dans un bel écrin de verdure, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On a même pu faire du vélo avec ceux mis à notre disposition par notre hôte. C'était extra !

fijn verblijf gehad in de woning van Aurore. De kinderen genoten van het bad en de grote tuin. Ook is Aurore lief en bereikbaar en zijn we niks te kort gekomen in het huis. Heel erg bedankt!

Marine’s place is one of the best stays I had! She is very responsive and the home is spacious which is perfect for a group of four. You can see the Eiffel Tower just a few minutes walk from home. The district is safe and private, and there is a big supermarket just downstairs and we can get groceries easily. As our flight is at night, Marine is so kind and allows us to check out late so that we dont need to carry the luggages to walk around on street before flying. Would definitely recommend to others!

This apartment is a real find - great value for such a central location. Minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and walkable to the River Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The area has a range of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need. It was very quiet for such a central location and a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. I would recommend this apartment and would return when next in Paris. Nicolas was wonderful responding within the hour to a last minute panic and sorting it out!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Umgebung, Beatrice war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, Metro ist in der Nähe! Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber gar nicht gestört.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nathalie im schönen Pariser Viertel Batignolle hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist super ruhig gelegen, was mir total wichtig war. Batignolle ist ein schönes, wenig touristisches Viertel mit vielen kleinen, schönen Geschäften, guten Restaurants und Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Nathalie hat immer nach kurzer Zeit geantwortet, die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Außerdem hat Nathalie uns tolle Restaurant Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, nochmals vielen Dank an dich, liebe Nathalie! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie (drei Kinder) hat zwei Nächte in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Champs-Élysées, in einer ruhigen Straße und in einem sicheren Viertel. Wir können diese Wohnung besonders für Familien mit Kindern empfehlen – alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir an den Verwalter Badr richten, der sich rührend um uns gekümmert hat – ein unglaublich sympathischer und hilfsbereiter junger Mann, der uns sogar um 22:00 Uhr gerettet und blitzschnell einen Korkenzieher für den Wein organisiert hat! :) Für alle Fälle empfehlen wir, einen Korkenzieher auf Reisen mitzunehmen ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder – mit großer Freude und etwas weniger Überraschung!

Had a great stay! The apartment was as advertised, and was perfect for our family stay. We enjoyed the location most of all.

The perfect retreat from busy days and evenings spent out and about in Paris. Emmanuel's apartment is in a great location, just a very short walk from the Metro but also close to Montmatre, Sacre Coeur, and Gare du Nord. There are some great Brasseries in the area and it's close to shops if you want to cook in the gorgeous and well equipped kitchen in the apartment. The apartment design accentuates the timeless charm of the building but also has some quirky pieces that makes it more engaging. The bathrooms are also fab! Emmanuel was super nice and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Merci, Emmanuel and we hope to meet again.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille. La maison est meublée et décorée avec goût. Le jardin est très beau. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et sont toujours prêts à rendre agréable notre séjour. Merci à Thanom et Fred pour tout.

Notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison d’architecte a été absolument enchanteur. L’alliance entre design contemporain et confort chaleureux crée une atmosphère unique, propice à la détente. Les grandes baies vitrées offrent une vue imprenable sur le jardin, la nature et la lumière naturelle inonde chaque pièce, du matin jusqu’au soir. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails, des matériaux de qualité aux équipements. C’est un véritable havre de paix, parfait pour se ressourcer (le chant des oiseaux ✨). Je recommande vivement cette maison à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience inoubliable dans un cadre élégant et apaisant.

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

La maison est bien décorée, bien aménagée, avec de nombreux endroits pour s’isoler ou se retrouver. Le jardin est spacieux. La literie est remarquable. Le linge de maison est agréable. C’est une maison que je recommande pour se réunir en famille. Proche de Paris et facile d’accès.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met de vriendinnengroep! Het is een prachtig huis, met alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was heel erg schoon en daarnaast was de communicatie met Guillaume super goed! Dus zeker een aanrader!

Zeer ontspannen vakantie in een muisstille omgeving met volop privacy in een opvallend propere en goed uitgeruste woning. Heerlijk genieten in afgesloten tuin en goed onderhouden zwembad. De kinderen genoten van de trampoline, schommels, Ping Pong tafel en groot zwembad. Kortom een aanrader.

Nous en avons pris plein les yeux ! La maison est magnifique ! J’ai apprécié l’autonomie pour l’arrivée et le départ instruction claire sans fioritures. La cabine dans l’arbre waou ! Je pense qu’il y a des appartements parisienne moins confortable. Nous avons passé un très beau moment.

Maison de grand standing conforme en tous points à la description et aux photos. Mention particulière pour la piscine, chauffée à 30°C et très spacieuse A noter, l'arrivée le samedi à 14h et le départ le Dimanche à 16h, cela fait vraiment 2 jours plein, contrairement à ce qui se fait habituellement (arrivée 16-17h et départ 11-12h) Nous avons passé un très bon moment, toute la famille s'en souviendra
