This place was amazing. Really enjoyed our time here. The house is very nice and location is awesome. Would definitely come back again!

This place exceeded our expectations. It came with more amenities than I've ever had at a cabin. It was clean, the linens smelled freshly washed, floors and surfaces were clean. Randy and his crew were super helpful and friendly, letting us know where to go to find trails to ride. The store is on site and is stocked with all the things you'll need. Gas is on site as well. I can't say enough good about this place! We will definitely stay again if we plan on coming to this area.

Brand new home in a new development. About 10-12 minute very easy drive to Blacksburg. Perfect size for our family - 2 adults and 1 teen. Everything was very clean and brand new. Convenient for our visit to VT. Quiet/safe neighborhood, family friendly, lots of friendly neighbors walking their dogs and waving hello. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, nice sized kitchen with everything you'd want. Would definitely stay here again.

We Had a very good experience staying here as a group of 11 planty of room cozy house hot tub felt great after a whole day or riding the trails.

Host was easy to work with and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay to ride the HMT, this is it. Well set up house, wash station, plenty of parking for trailers, easy access to almost all of the trail systems and access to the Outlaw trails. And a pool to relax in after a day riding! This will be our go to place for HMT trips!

Great location and the pool and fire pit were the perfect amenities to end a day of riding! The host was very responsive and made planning our trip, getting trail passes, check in, and check out seamless. We couldn’t find any extra supplies at the house (ie paper towels, trash bags, etc.) so recommend bringing some of the day to day basics with you. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great time staying at Dwayne’s place! Beautiful views of the lake in the evenings and plenty of golf courses within a 30 minute radius. Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay, owner where very friendly and flexible to early move in. House was very clean, and internet worked great in the woods. Great house to stay in while focusing on the trails in WV!

Great place and very accommodating to the group we had! We had 11 people for a riding trip and each person had a bed! 4 couples all got their own rooms and then the 3 singles slept perfectly in the joint room. Each room has a TV which is awesome. The closest in the joint room was so big that one of the guys set up his air mattress in there and used it as a “separate room”. The pavilion was a savior for when it rained, we could all hangout underneath it still outside. All around 10/10 and would stay again if we come to this area again! The gas station is about a 5-10 minute utility machine ride and the trails are sporadic all over the area.

Perfect cottage tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. So peaceful and private. The owners being just across the field gave such peace of mind of security. Wonderful host! Beds were so comfortable!! The deer were so pretty to watch as they grazed.

Beautiful vintage home with a great view and private even though it’s in a small city. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything we were looking for, will return if we have the opportunity!!

I had a wonderful stay and the hosts are very attentive.

Stayed here for a ski weekend at Winterplace and the house was a quick drive to the slopes. So much so we decided to come back at lunch to dry clothes and relax before going back out. The house was very modern and matched the pictures and description.

The place was peaceful and clean. With google maps it was easy to find. However the road leading up to the house was gravel, one lane and very bumpy in places. I wouldn’t recommend for low or wide vehicles. The host is very helpful and offered an alternative parking spot for long vehicles.

What a beautiful place. What a quiet, peaceful getaway. The accommodations were very luxurious and spacious, with attention given to every detail, meeting all of our needs. Our host took extra measures to insure our stay was all that we expected. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains, and loved watching the deer, turkeys and other wildlife. This is a very private, safe and relaxing place to let go of your busy life and step into an unforgettable time in the mountains of West Virginia. We have continued to talk of what a wonderful stay we had and look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous!! We are regular riders of HFM this lodging is ideal close to trails and amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water after a hard day of riding, great kitchen, can’t ask for more when it comes to great lodging. Will rent again in the future!! Thanks for everything have us.

The Adkins House was awesome! We loved the location. We would definitely stay again!

We were there for a business meeting and came in just for the night. Kim was very helpful and answered several questions we had. The home was clean, smelled nice, and very comfortable. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have televisions in each of the bedrooms. She does offer massage therapy which I will partake in on my next visit. She was a wonderful Host!

I can’t say enough about Peyton and her home. Front the time we started the transaction to the end of our visit, she was always there to answer questions. The place was beautiful and the location was even nicer. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much. It felt like home and was so comfortable. We will be back for sure next time we are in the area.

Although we were not there much. The place was clean and beds were comfy.
